Very bad service
Ordered last March 2 online just a box of nitrile gloves to be delivered in Lloydspharma Antwerpen central Station. I went there 2 times already, and they just told me, it's not their fault if they cannot give what they don't have in store. Wow! What an explanation. Why is it available online then? Until to this day 19 March, 2024 I haven't received my order and my money back.

Too random in notifications if it's available to collect

Missing delivery date and lengthy delivery
The delivery date was not indicated in the command confirmation. Although I got timely reply to my enquiry about the status of delivery it still did not indicate the expected date/time of delivery. The chatbot could not help either. Finally the order arrived in five working days although it was on stock.

Hello. We deliver within 3 (working) days and if on stock. We inform you by mail when your order is prepared and picked... the email also contains the track & trace link for your delivery. The exact delivery information is normally provided by the carrier. We are very sorry but the carrier bpost has local strikes for the moment so deliveries are taking longer then normal... this information is on their Track & Trace website. The Lloydspharma Team.
