Our small business has used Bento for several months and we couldn't be happier with the ease, flexibility and customer service! Only needing two cards, it doesn't cost us a penny and it connects to our QuickBooks for seamless record keeping.

This is an ideal service for our small business. I have funds automatically transferred from our Business Checking into the Bento card for convenient and secured use by our employees. Would definitely recommend!

I love how fast it is to get new Debit Cards. We do not believe in using debt as a tool, so this was a great option to delineate transactions between employees. However, the integration into Quickbooks leaves a lot to be desired. The Credit Cards companies transfer transactions WAY BETTER into Quickbooks than Bento for Business.

The ease and convenience of transferring funds to a card which is not directly linked to our business bank account which prevents unauthorized access to said account is what we were looking for.

The only drawback is the time it takes for funds to be transmitted when the request is submitted online. If this part of the process could be improved and shortened by a day or so, it would be a perfect service.

This is an excellent alternative for companies that don't like dealing with big credit card agencies. I like knowing that I'm using my own money and still having experience abusing a company debit card.

it is a huge pain in the butt to wait 3 days for funding to get to the account
or spend a ridiculous amount to wire transfer .

As a small business owner, I was increasingly frustrated by the inability to manage my employee's expenses and had started having issues with internal fraud. I looked at several expense management companies and settled on Bento. I am very happy with them especially with the ability to manage expense costs 24/7 from my phone. I can set employee's limits easily and only limit them to certain types of spends - office supplies, gas etc. Well worth it.

I wish I would have found this great service 10 years ago. My company has had its share of employee fraud prior to using Bento and now there is zero fraud. Thanks for a great product!
