Working from home during COVID-19
Working from home during COVID-19. Back in June experienced issues with my printer. Orin was able to remote in and fix the issues. End of July noticed my scanner was not working. Again, Orin was able to remote in and got the scanner to work. Not sure what I would have done without his help. I appreciate his professionalism and how he explains things to me in a language (non-technical) that I can understand.

Exploring a new career path that requires new gear can be pretty overwhelming but Bentodesk got me up and running and fast! Besides being super-knowledgeable, Orin is probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. It made the whole process smooth and I even ended up under budget!

A+ experience!
In starting a new job in eCommerce web design and development, I desperately needed an upgrade from the 6-year-old, Windows 7-native laptop I was using. Bentodesk helped me find the best gear to get the job done without breaking the bank, and I'm supremely happy with the results! Bentodesk, LLC was a lifesaver when it came to choosing a new laptop for our family owned small business. I was so overwhelmed looking at all the different varieties. Orin is so knowledgeable. He asked me what all I needed from a laptop and even explained various features that would be helpful to me. He asked my price range and then he did research looking for a good quality laptop that would fit my budget and my needs. I don't know where I would have been without the help of Bentodesk, LLC. They truly make running a small business so much easier!
