Our experience was less than favourable with this group. We signed up for a free home valuation which turned into a sales pitch at the end. Following the valuation, the agent claimed to have an interested client looking to purchase our home. The client he brought to our home a week later was actually another real estate agent who actively works for the same brokerage. It left my wife and I feeling extremely unsettled since this was not disclosed to us until we addressed what occured directly with one of the founding partners after the fact. We would have never agreed to allow this to occur if this was disclosed to us prior to the viewing. The response we received from the founding partner was far from plausible. Be aware when signing up for a valuation from this group. We are considering reporting this incident to RECO.
