Don’t fall for this scam company. Website, company name and prices give the illusion of quality. I ordered two expensive shirts that looked high quality in the pictures. After a very long wait they finally arrived and had the quality of a fancy dress costume. And I mean that literally. I recently wore a 3 pound Hawaiian shirt for a party and these shirts are made from the same material. Avoid this company.

Lengthy wait for items. When they arrived, not as described. I ordered. Cashmere jumper. It was cheap rubbish, probably polyester. No labels on the item at all. Unable to establish what fabric it was made from or washing instructions.
Another cheap Chinese scam company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

After buying shoes i needed to change the shipping address. I received 1 email from them to confirm the change altough i gave all the information needed. I received no answer ever again. And when i send them an email it comes as rejected.

They have no phone number. I orderered in august 2th and still they havent sent ot changed the shipping address.

Im very disappointed i bought on this website.

Do Not Buy! One star is a star to many. Misleading website, uncommunicative and slow customer service (which feels more like a bot) doesn’t say on the site any returns need to go back to china!
i’d ordered a shirt for a specific event and it arrived over 2 weeks later. My error for not looking closely enough but they hide the details well. Shirt is also of poor cheap quality
i’m going to save my shipping fees and the carbon footprint and just give to a thrift / rescue shop for maybe some
redemption / lesson to self / read the small print / if i’d known it was coming from China i never would have ordered in the first place -

Absolute scam merchants. Purchased two shirts from their website, which appeared legit and certainly didn’t mention shipping from China! No order number received, order took weeks to arrive and the shirts were awful quality and not as pictured on their website. I contacted them and was told I can get a 15% refund or post back to China at my expense! Throwing good money after bad, wouldn’t trust that I would get a refund! I am going to raise a complaint with trading standards. Avoid!

Ordered a casual men’s cardigan/ jacket. What arrived after a lengthy wait was not as was shown on the website. Material is cheap nylon/ polyester type the weight of the item is poor. So annoyed . Have tried to send an email but their address that they give for customer service is unavailable. Please do not use this site. Dreadful. Is doing Chinese products a really bad service.

looked like top quality shirts. they are cheap chinese crap. exlarge is about a medium, made out of tee shirt material. don't buy

Scam and you can't even return the item as their inbox does not accept returns.

Scammers. Ordered a pair of chinos for my holiday. Delivery times stated 7-10 business days. As soon as I paid it stated 3 business days to process and another 14 working days to ship. Scammers ordering cheap clothing from China. I am contacting my bank in the morning to do a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Contact email address is also a scam which does not work. This is the bounce back you get from their email address 👇🏽. Trustpilot does not allow you to post email addresses so I have had to remove the email address but this is the message you get back from their email address which is on their” contact us page. Scammers.

This company is awful. I ordered a size 5 in a women's shoe and received a size 8. I reached out and they said that the shoe was universal and refused to return for a replacement unless I pay for the return. The store just assumed I wore a size 8 but I ordered a size 5. The customer service was horrible and rude. I will never spend my money with company.

Company sounded like local it said 5-7 working days then i realised its actually coming from china . I m still waiting for my order its been ages. I wanted to cancel the order as I needed this order for my holidays .
Really disappointing with the delivery time still not sure about the products .

They ignored ny emails blocked me and ripped me off £35. AVOID AT ALL COSTS RUBBISH RIP OFF COMPANY. I wouldnt give them one star!!!

ordered a pair of shoes, UK size 8,(42) and was shipped size (41) so too small. The material is cheap and the shoes are really light, where cheap material has been used. Shoes were shipped from China and took nearly 5 weeks to arrive. Have tried e-mailing but get no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible company. Ordered leather shoes, when they arrived they looked nothing like on the website. Emailed enquiring about returns policy, was told to return to China, or can have 15% refund. I responded to this email and then all my further emails came back as undeliverable. Disgusting company.

Placed order but didn't realise until it was too late the company is from China. Looked English company. Have tried emailing a few times to customer service but no reply. Have lost £64.39. What a scam!

I purchased a pair of shoes described as "Genuine Leather". They eventually arrived after a lengthy delivery. The shoes were not boxed, just plastic wrapping and flimsy bubble wrap. Hence they were damaged on the heels. But to my uttter disgust the product was not genuine leather. It was some form of rubber with not a solitary piece of leather anywhere. I communicated with the company, advising of my concerns. I received a reply offering 20% off. I replied to the email reiterating the poor quality and that the product was not as described for full refund and return at no expense to me. After sending, my email was returned as undeliverable. I attempted by other ways and the same thing happened. Reported issue to Credit Card Company.

Awful! Do not order from here.
Cheap material, overpriced for what it is. Returns policy ridiculous. I wish I could submit photos of the shirt received!

Bought an item from Benson and Clark. I emailed them for cancellation since they dont have phone numbers.

The website says I can cancel the order within 3 hours which i did. They keep asking the reason for cancellation even though I have given them the reason. No replies after a week.
