Excellent service and product from the crew at Ben Smith Appliances.
We’ve used Ben before and so this time when the washing machine showed signs of an imminent breakdown, we went straight to Ben. Within 24 hours we’d secured a new purchase with Viv and arrranged the delivery and return of the old item; great service👌🏻

Very helpful, gave a good price on our old machine and delivered the new washer dryer and installed on time and professionally.

I would recommend this company, they are professional, efficient, on time, knowledgeable but above all honest. They had time to explain to me the fault and repair it and then give me advice on the future if the machine felled again and it was not we will fix it again and make more money. Thank you Ben and if any of our machines goes wrong I will be ringing you.

Excellent service, came very quickly to look at tumble dryer and washing machine, Ben fixed tumble dryer but washing machine would have cost too much to repair given the age of it . Luckily Ben sold appliances so I bought washing machine similar to old one . It was delivered installed and old appliance taken away within. All done very quickly. The delivery guys were excellent as well. Definitely recommend.

Recently my oven stopped working and Ben Smith came to the rescue.

Ben was able to provide a prompt diagnosis, fully explaining the situation to me, so that I understood what had caused the issue with the oven.

I was left with the situation of needing to buy a replacement product. Again Ben's ability to communicate well and work for/with me as a customer shone through!

A range of products were offered at different price points, and I was able to make an informed decision, without any pressure applied by Ben.

I now have a new oven and haven't had any issues at all.

Ben is a top bloke and I would recommend him and his company to anyone. Therefore, five stars are fully deserved.

I ordered my washing machine, Viv was very helpful and kept me informed of everything. The delivery date was arranged and I was sent a message to alert me that they were only ten minutes away. They carefully disconnected my old machine and took it away, and then brought my new machine up two flights if stairs, which was no mean feat! The lads were very cheerful and helpful, they installed my new machine and explained the basic controls, but also left me with the manual. The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish, I highly recommend Battle Appliances.

I needed a new oven after my last one had broken. A few friends recommended I go to Ben smith appliances. They lady who showed me the ovens was very friendly and helpful. The ovens were very clean and a reasonable price. They were delivered on the day they said. The delivery/fitter was professional, friendly and did the job quickly.
I will recommend to friends and will be using them again in the future
