Punctual with nice manner
Couldn't repair fridge freezer but explained why and gave good advice fir the future

Intermittent problem with a Miele dishwasher; the advice was excellent, knowledgeable and, though the problem was identified the machine was working again. The callout charge would not be charged again if we needed a repeat visit within a fortnight and a replacement part. Very trustworthy and honest. Highly recommended

Although they could fix my appliance, they recommended not to (as I had suspected), due to the age and potential for further faults.
They could have just as easily taken my money and repaired it only for something else to go wrong.
I appreciated the honesty, and the prompt friendly service. Cannot rate highly enough.

Have used Ben Smith Appliance Specialist for work related jobs and for my own personal home needs, fixed washing machines and ovens. They have always been very helpful, a quick turn around from visit to fixing problems. Good value for money, communicative, trust worthy and came on time and when they said they would. They will always be my first point of call and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I managed to get an appointment on the day, to fix my Beko dishwasher which had a fault with the salt dispenser. The engineer was very thorough and reset the unit and adjusted the settings. After a hard reset (unplugging it for 20 minutes) the unit is now not only back to working well, but cleaning better than before.
Very pleased and would definitely recommend this company.

Called out for a leaking washing machine.
They were able to attend within 2 days.
Messaged 10 mins before appt to say they were on there way. Arrived on time.
Fitter was efficient and polite. Sorted in 30 mins and price was very reasonable.
Just take note Coffee - white - 2 x sugars. 😁

Ordered a specialist out to look at our washing machine and an appointment was made for two days later. Updates were received via text and email. The price was good with the repair and spare part fitted in a single visit.

Came to look at my dishwasher because it was tripping all my electric could have fixed it but it was 10 years old so I decided to get a new one and they fitted that for me quickly and took old one away!

Would have been 5 stars but would have welcomed opportunity to clean doors of framework before affixing fridge to it - also just after installation discovered that lower drawer of fridge does not close properly.

Shane was incredibly helpful and informative. Dealt with my issue within days. Was honest and friendly then fitted a new dishwasher Saturday morning. We were very busy but Shane was flexible in sorting this for us. Thank you

Rhys arrived on time.H e was very polite.it took him about 5 minutes to remove our old dual oven.
He fitted the new one.rewired it back in.he tested the new ovens worked ok.He left the kitchen tidy and was gone on about 35 minutes.
He explained the we need to heat up both ovens to removed any fumes etc.we had the kitchen door open as there was a lot fumes.not quite a week since it was fitted but it appears to do what it says on the box.I would definately use this company again if required.This is the 2nd time i've used this company as they replaced a dishwasher for us.
