We went to Bennett & Brown in Gravesend this afternoon to look at mattresses. Mark who served us gave us the option to look at their extensive collection on our own or be accompanied. We chose for him to show us around as we needed advice on the various options.
Mark was extremely helpful and did not try to push us in any particular direction but pointed out the pros and cons of the various ones we were attracted to. In the end we went with the Hypnos mattress as we have slept on them before and had a great nights sleep. We still could have walked away and searched the internet for a cheaper option but it never entered our thoughts because when you get such great customer service it deserves to be rewarded. Also the mattress was in the sale and would be at a price that is difficult to beat.
Well done Mark, we thoroughly enjoyed spending our money in your store and look forward to comfortable nights when the mattress arrives.
