I placed an order (# 04569) for their Black Friday sale and sent payment. I started to email customer service in January after their 12.8.23 email stated they were having issues. I emailed once a month to get updates and they responded. On 1.24.24 they sent me an email stating that they had to send their merch back to the warehouse because of defects noticed in their garments.

I ordered for Black Friday after I met an individual wearing Benklark pants which looked top quality. He did warn me that I should allow several weeks to receive my items but it has been 6 weeks now and I sent an inquiry to their customer service weeks ago who responded that my items will ship by December 20th. As of Jan 09th i have no products and my subsequent email for an update on my order (#04825) has received no response. It is such a shame that the service does not match the product. Please provide an actual tracking number which shows uptodate information about the status of an order and improve your logistics. The customer should not be having such an experience when trying to support up and coming brand. Your product will sell itself based on the quality I saw but your service might cause your brand to fold...food for thought

or
"You will receive your tracking link in the next few days."
The 10% discount you receive as apologies feels like a joke, when you have to wait several months with poor costumer service.

What business responds to a customer saying that. Their website guaranteed 3-5 day shipping and they responded to me that my order would not be shipped until 12/20 at the EARLIEST. For reference I ordered on Black Friday. They did nothing to make it better for me except offer me a discount for my next order….as if I’d order again. 🗑️

I was told they would not ship until after the drop which happened on time and I was notified - I actually needed to exchange my original purchase for a different size and the customer service team responded within 48 hours and handled all my questions etc. On top of that the clothing is quality also which helped.
