I love the quality and your sunglasses style but the shoes I think you can create more. I like the cute one but i can't see ut anymore maybe you won't restock it again? But overall I love it.

Easy to navigate. My first time buying something. The spinning wheel didn’t work, gave an error message. I got a $10 off from the spin, so that could be the way to get someone’s email without giving out anything.

Website is easy to navigate, I found the fit over sunglasses I wanted easily.

Ive ordered from Beneunder before and really liked the sun hat I got. I spend a lot of time driving in the car and dont like being exposed to the sun so the full face mask I purchased is perfect for that.

I like Beneunder clothing. They are made of quality fabric and very comfortable.

Good quality products with variety of designs

First of all, the sizing chart is all off.

Second of all, any exchange will require you to pay the shipping fee regardless of the dollar amount of the order.

Thirdly, it took them SIX MONTHS to send me the exchanged goods (they kept on claiming they couldn’t find the package in their warehouse despite the tracking information shows it was delivered and signed for). It takes repeated follow-ups for them to finally agree to ship out the exchanged item.

Finally, when the package arrived, it was folded into as small as possible and duck taped all over so that they can skimp on the shipping fee. It says on the package to only peal and not cut the tape to prevent damaging the goods wrapped inside. Physically impossible to unwrap it without cutting the package.

In sum, a typical stingy Chinese company with no appreciation for its customers.

It is easy to find the products I want, and the check out process is also smooth

Only annoyance is the pop up on the left side of the phone on mobile- you have to exit out of it every time to navigate the tabs. But general experience on site was great- hopeful the products will be just as awesome!

Bought a jacket, wore 5 times coz it’s not breathable. No wash, no use in rain or anything like that sort. Had discolored and deformed around the collar area and sleeves.

Easy to order & navigate through final order

Utter rubbish quality for the price. You can tell it’s made in China which means you can get the same piece on Taobao for a fraction of the price if you search hard enough. Delays in shipping and poor customer service as well. There are better brands, don’t be fooled by their stylish designs on the webpage.

Don’t buy from this company. There are better brands like Oh Sunny with multiple physical stores and equally attractive pieces. They took 6 months to PARTIALLY fulfill an order and that’s after me chasing them. If I didn’t ask for the status of my order it would have just been wasted money. When they finally sent it after SIX MONTHS, only 1/2 pieces were in the parcel. I just can’t with them.

I purchased a hat and sun umbrella, and the quality was as expected for the price paid. My 2-star rating also reflects what I felt was substandard customer service from Beneunder. The website is confusing and misleading, and the support team were unhelpful throughout the process. Although my issue was eventually resolved after many emails, the overall experience was disappointing.
