I wish that I had read the reviews!!

I wish that I had read the reviews about Benetton before I purchased their clothing online. One of Benetton cotton shirts that I had ordered came defective with tiny holes in the front. I wrote twice to customer service and they refused to exchange or credit me for the shirt. I even sent pix of the holes as requested. As a former clothing boutique owner, I am appalled by their poor customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again! And, I will tell my friends & associates to do the same.
