So I purchased a ticket for my daughter and for some reasons my email never allow the company to send me anything so after speaking with a live person I provided them my daughters email which at that time I was able to recover my tickets. Fast, speedy and timely manner.

I purchased ten of their $25 Friday's gift cards at a discounted rate of $17.50 through my employer ($175 in total). They emailed me these digitally, however all of them were invalid! I reached out for help and they sent me the same gift cards, only with the last digit changed. All ten of these were invalid as well! After going round and round with customer service, they sent me an email saying I just typed the numbers in wrong! Unbelievable! Now they will not help me at all. The customer service is horrible! They sell fake gift cards, then refuse to refund. Avoid them at all costs!

I made a reservation today for a hotel. I had it saved on my laptop yesterday and when I came back today somehow the dates changed and I didn't realize it before booking. I called back immediately after booking when I realized the mistake, I was told that I would have to cancel because there was no option to modify from the beneplace end. As a result of the cancellation policy for that date, I now have a penalty of $121 that I will be charged. From a customer experience perspective, there should be a way to modify when issues like this happen. I should have been able to modify the reservation. Now instead of reaping the full discount benefits, I am not gaining any true benefits of having booked through Beneplace vs going directly through the hotel. There should be a way to make modifications for a better customer experience. A better experience would have been for me to adjust the dates with a Beneplace representative and make up the difference in cost if there were any. There should be a system in place to handle that type of scenario as I can imagine that happens frequently.

I have never had much luck with getting best deals on Beneplace. Today I was happy to purchase my Disneyland 3 day park hopper tickets with Lightning Lane Multi Pass for a good deal. As soon as I received my ticket by email and went to make my theme park reservation I learned that my tickets expired on September 26 which is just over a month away and our vacation is planned for November 15-18, 2024. Now I am going through hoops on the phone trying to get it changed and of course it will cost me an additional $377.74. I should have just booked directly through Disneyland.

I am a Canadian employee and have placed an order# 40253084 for a hotel reservation at Ottawa (Canada) for 4 days.
Being a Canadian employee and placing a request to a hotel within Canada, I ended up paying in USD589.84 (CAD810.26) through beneplace. I immediately realized that this transaction was occurred in USD and without any delay, I have submitted a request to cancel and refund the money accordingly.
(If I would have reached out to Holiday Inn, Ottawa directly, I would have paid much lesser price in CAD than going through Beneplace)
Without taking my approval/consent, beneplace representative went ahead and cancelled the reservation and later reached out to me stating the refund is not possible because of the hotel policy.
My point is, if someone informed me in advance that the money cannot be refund and you can only cancel, I would have asked to retain the reservation. Anyways I have to visit Ottawa on these days due to personal reason.
With CAD810.26 stuck with beneplace, I once again have to pay for the hotel reservation for the same duration.
Every time I speak with someone, I have been hearing once the reservation is cancelled, the amount cannot be refund. I get that.
But why did beneplace went ahead and cancelled the reservation when they are not in a position to refund the money. Instead, they could have checked with me first before proceeding.
Based on beneplace cust rep, I directly reached out to the hotel reservation and got to know that the hotel have only received the cancel request but haven't received even a dollar, so as per the hotel there is nothing to refund.
Since 02 Aug, I probably have called the beneplace support 20+ times to follow up and there was not even a single call from them to check if I am willing to keep the reservation or not.
On the call today, I once again asked the support team to hear all my call conversations and do the needful. I even provided the details at customer-service @ beneplace website without any response. After submitting, I didn't even received the acknowledgement. Not sure whether my request reached or not.
With all my efforts, I am hoping to get a positive response. If not, I will contact my HR dept.

The drama started since then.
I repeat my question, when you knew the amount cannot be refund, why did you cancel the reservation???
You could've asked me before that.
The worst customer support.

Folks, Never use beneplace, avoid at any cost.
