Would have given you 5 stars but your website needs some work. The first time I tried to order there is a drop down box to choose a size between two. The drop down box would not allow me to choose the size I needed. I finally gave up. Tried again two weeks later. I was able to choose the correct size this time but the web site would not allow me to order unless I said ‘yes’ I have a forklift to unload the delivery. I was only ordering extensions that weigh about 10 lbs.

Please be advised that I placed this order on March 5, 2020 at 9:23 a.m. At 2:56 p.m., I received an e-mail stating that this item is back ordered and not expected until the end of March. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged for the amount of $ 790.00 on this date (March 5, 2020). On March 10, 2020, I requested an update and was advised that it was still delayed and would be shipped out as soon as it was received by your company.

I believe that if the item was not available then my credit card should have never been charged and contact should have been made with me to determine if the delay in shipment was acceptable.

I love my 2 post 10k lift! I wish I would have bought it ten years ago but I did not have the ceiling height then! It gets used on average 3 times a day

It took 3 months to repair our brand new Ranger Parts washer that did not work from the day we received it. Extremely frustrating process with no offer of assistance other than "It will be repaired".

All was good except it was missing hardware

The product is great, I ordered a custom color which is black to match another lift just like it and it took 8 months to get it. The company was kind enough to help with delivery due to the delay but other than the time it is perfect.

Received one set of extensions but haven’t seen the other set yet thought they would be shipped together
