The quality of the unit and fittings is awful, extremely flimsy , the fittings break when trying to build.

Sturdy and Reliable!
I bought a towel rail through Bend. The product was easy to assemble and is super study and well built. My order was shipped and delivered very quickly which was great for some ongoing DIY work! Their chat was also great, super responsive and able to answer all my questions… definitely recommend!
