After being let down by another supplier, I’m glad I ended up with benchmark. Josh and his team of installers went above and beyond with all the help before during and after the installation. I have been blown away with the product aswelll, the doors have been in for a few months and had so many complements on how they look and complete the space we have now gone back to then for some matching internal ones. Would defiantly recommend!

Not being an expert in window replacement I was guided my architect to use Benchmark Windows to retro-fit my windows at the back of the house and replace the side door. Benchmark did not disappoint and I was very impressed with the care they took in explaining what they were doing and how tidy they were when doing the job. There were a couple of setbacks which meant that there were some delays, but nothing that could not be accommodated and Josh and Russ kept me fully informed at all times. I would definitely use them again.

The French doors are stunning!
The original French doors that benchmark fitted didn’t have a flying mullion so there was a vertical bar down the middle. This was not what was ordered, but Josh at benchmark immediately admitted it was his mistake and ordered a replacement set of doors.
The new doors were fitted a few months later, but after a couple of weeks were sticking, and a small crack had appeared on the external silicon. Again benchmark were really responsive and sent someone around the next day to make adjustments and reseal the exterior edge.
They are perfect now, we are really happy with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

This company has replaced a large picture window in our Bungalow, and has provided a high standard of service throughout. The quality of the product is high and entirely to our satisfaction. Communications were at all times punctual, clear & satisfactory. Great consideration was also shown in the interests of our own convenience. Thank you.

We are building a curved house with very large windows and doors. I spent a long time getting estimates but Josh won us over with his enthusiasm and fair quote for Internorm windows.
Josh and Jason visited site several times to ensure that everything was ordered correctly and that the installation went smoothly.
All the windows and doors arrived on time and the installation was unbelievably calm and well planned . We honestly couldn’t be happier and would recommend unreservedly. Many thanks to Jason,Josh,Ian,Graham and all the rest of the guys on site . Definitely a high point of the rollercoaster that is a self build !

Russ and his team are professional and competent from start to finish. Quite frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else after having problems with another company. They really care about the quality of the installation and their service from showroom to invoicing to installation. All staff we interacted with were professional, helpful and knew what they were doing. Whilst they may not be the cheapest, you will not regret it as windows are such an important part of any renovation or build. Knowledgeable, and update on regs too with proper insurance backed schemes. A breath of fresh air.

Benchmark did a really good job from start to finish. The service was always prompt and professional particularly their attention to detail. Finishing was excellent with good after sales follow up. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Benchmark's service and team personnel were absolutely brilliant in every respect. This was a large project with 18 windows and we had undertaken considerable research into different companies and products. From the outset of our initial discussion with Benchmark about product detail, through to ordering, preparation and completion, the company exceeded our very high expectations: we could not be happier with the process and product.

Josh was great at listening patiently and attentively to our specific requirements. His management of the project was excellent in keeping us informed, answering queries and updating order progress. The planning team’s site visits were very thorough and detailed. They gave reassuring attention that the specific requirements for each window were well considered, planned and accurately measured. We were making considerable changes to the style of window and were impressed with the team’s expertise in managing and problem-solving the different aspects of our specific house installation. This very careful attention to detail was particularly evident in the very final stage where they designed bespoke external surround trims to create the best aesthetic to suit the overall appearance of the house.

The production team of Ian, Anthony and Mark were admirably calm, efficient, thorough, skilful, and professional. They were very careful in their approach to the dismantling of the existing windows and the prep for the new fittings. The installation of new window frames was carried out with great diligence and care; preserving the existing internal and external structure. All works were tidied and carefully cleaned up, as the job progressed.

We are delighted with the quality, robustness and look of the product (Internorm). The improvement in soundproofing, warmth retention and visual clarity is hugely significant. What a brilliant service. We wanted / needed to change all the units in our existing conservatory.
Russ and his team were helpful, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the task effective and effortless.

From start to finish, the professionalism of Benchmark Windows has been a joy. From our initial meetings at their showroom, the team at Benchmark have gone out of their way to support and advice us. We looked at a couple of local companies before agreeing with our builder who recommended Benchmark Windows. Russ has great local knowledge and was able to guide us when deciding and installing 40 odd windows, sliding doors and Aluminium front door to our Sea Front property. Installation was professional and final snagging was minimal and quickly resolved.

The whole process was exceptional from start to finish, from in-depth knowledge and advice on the product, a solution to a difficult installation, which was completed in a professional manner with great attention to detail, and excellent communication.  We cannot fault them in any area and felt completely reassured throughout, in addition they are just lovely people to deal with.

We are a returning customer after 5 years or so following installation of our bifolds and sliding doors. Once again Benchmark came up trumps and provided a fantastic service from start to finish with the installation of our french doors. The job was completed with great workmanship and efficiency and the installers were also very considerate and tidy.
