Second wreath as happy with the first one. Disappointed this time that wreath looks out of shape.

I’ve emailed repeatedly since my non arrival of goods.
All polite emails asking why my order was not fulfilled and as I’ve just seen others now have been.
I would happily have removed my negative review which I left due to no communication atall due to item not being received, as I’ve used her before and her items are lovely but to just not reply is rude. Maybe asking on here why not only my order wasn’t fulfilled but it seems at least another wasnt, I may get a reply? I would have just liked a reply which isn’t much to ask….is it?

If I could I would not give any star . I purchased mirrors contacted company on day received to say not colour ordered and very poor quality and I wished to return and have refund . That was on the 31st March and to date no refund or arrangements for collection of mirrors. I raised a complaint with pay pal and vendor asked if I could have removed and said courier would be in touch . Still nothing it’s now the 15th May

Was surprised at how natural the wreath looked!
Will definitely buy more

I was initially worried when the wreath arrived as the packaging wasn’t great, but it was absolutely fine, after a few tweaks in arranging the grasses it looks stunning, really pleased with my purchase would recommend.

Ordered my clock and was told to expect it approx 6 weeks after which was fine. The time came and went with no info offered from Benatti.
I emailed twice only to get an automated reply saying they would get back to me - nobody did.
I phoned and left 2 voicemail messages - nobody got back to me.
My clock finally turned up approx a month after it should have done with no prompts/info from Benatti.
Clock lovely.

looked very much like the photo when it arrived, so was pleased with that/ good colours and was quite full with 'folliage'. only qualm was it was a little on the squashed side- just a few of the flowers. it was packaged very well though so not sure how this happened, but the price indicates it's not going to be incrediable in my experience-...(bound to be a hicup), still very happy with it though and looks great despite.

The items themselves are lovely.

However I had to chase the seller for the correct reference number for the delivery company 3 days after they were meant to have been despatched, only to find out from them that they hadn't been sent to the courier at all ! !
An apology was made by email.
This considerable delay meant that the items weren't delivered in time for the very special date that they were needed for ( a Wedding day non the less )

The seller was made aware of this by email but as yet no reply has been offered. Very disappointed with their Customer Service and lack of aftercare.
