Received my £30 cash back for my Epson printer today. Didn't know of this vendor comany at all. Odd transaction without any notification. Like others, I googled the name to find out a bit more.

I was keeping an eye out for my refund and had no idea who this company was, no email or attachment with it, I think it would be helpful to consumers and the brand doing the promotion, to reference the brand on the cashback payment at least.
I received £50 cash back three days after my Epson printer arrived. Very impressed once I’d googled and found out who Benamic were. A reference would have been helpful.
£40 cash back from Epson printer received from this company in good time. Would be a good idea to mention during the claims process that this is the company that will be paying the cash back, although a quick google search provided the answer.

Scamming company not to be trusted ! We were told we had got the promotion and money would be in our account in16th December 2024. They had all our bank details then used our name and different account details that we gave them .They are claiming we have the money in our account although we don't as bank details have been changed by them and our bank has clarified they have not tried . No one will help sort it out as Benamic adamant we have it .They don't reply to emails either. DONT TRUST THEM!!!
Be aware from this promotion company, they are scammers, after a product was buyed with promotion with cashback they claimed that there are no promotion for the product under the date i buyed it, i sent them a receipt with the date and also a screenshot that there was a promotion but they do not care.
