I’ve been using BeMoto for a decade now. Great to speak to a real person who understands bikes and insurance. They’ve always offered good advice and today was no exception when I had to renew and move 2 bikes onto 1 policy. Thanks for your help today Manny, much appreciated.

I had tried to complete the process on line, but for some reason it didn't work. However, it was to my advantage. I called and spoke to the excellent Manny, who went through everything in detail. All done in about 10 minutes and an uplifting experience with someone who understood what I required. Sunny morning dealing with a competent person. Made my day.

I spoke to Jaidon who was very patient, helpful and professional. He knows his job and does it well.

My motorcycle policy did not renew automatically at the beginning of April 2026, but I received a reminder and renewal instructions in good time. It was quick and easy to contact BeMoto and the renewal was carried out quickly and efficiently. The agent was courteous and helpful and, to make things even better, the renewal premium was significantly cheaper than previous years. A 5-star award was justified.

The transaction was quick and easy, but the pricing makes no sense its like they have to charge something.
I sold my goldwing ( 2 year old) and my v strom and replaced with a 900 tiger. Mid term.
Now two years ago I swapped a gsxs and a tiger for the goldwing and it almost doubled the price, so natural logic says I wouldn't need to pay them anything to swap back, in fact they should owe me.
WRONG they want £4.34, that's no money at all really, but it's the principle, you can't have it both ways.

It took a little while to answer the phone but Manuel Teles was great once the call was answered.
