I stayed at be mate Via Tivoli in Milan. Well, the place is not what is advertised. No customer sevice at all, they open only on the afternoon till 4pm, then clients who wants to check-in later that 4pm, should do it by themselves. This price is ridiculous for such a "service". Rooms with no soundproof feature, I heard everyone from their rooms. Dirty and smelling rooms, support not responsive. Avoid!

The apartment’s location is excellent for a city break, with restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. Unfortunately, there were no essentials such as toilet paper or coffee on arrival, and basic cleaning items like a broom or dustpan were missing. For a place described as “premium,” these details felt overlooked. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the shortcomings remained. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory, and a little more care would have made it much better.

It was the worst trip of my life. I was given the worst room.
The room smells like cigarettes and sewers. The soundproofing was extremely bad. Disgusting hotel, disgusting rudeness at the hotel reception, arrogant, rude staff, with a vile manner of talking with guests

Fabulous apartment with great design and detail, feel totally spoiled with the opulence & luxuries.
Fantastic reception, we arrived early and was allowed to leave out luggage & go exploring/ lunch, the very helpful receptionist recommended afew restaurants & texted us when our apartment was ready.
Wonderfully clean & certainly feel secure, great location. ( Malaga Central ) we definitely need to come back here, Thanks to all the staff who have made this place the best.

there is no proper customer service.
I have booked a fully furnished one. and they did not have washing machine.
waste of money spent on this BeMate.
If we are staying for just a week thats ok.
But we booked it for a month. and washing machine is the basic need and common sense to put in the apartment.
Because of this, I have to go and wash every week outside and by paying a total of 100 Euros.

loss of rent and loss of extra money as well.
I don't recommend this for anyone.

All good things unfortunately come to an end.... our time in Malaga, was awesome!!!! The warmth of the country, the people and the wonderful apartment really made our stay exceptional and made true Malaga Lovers out of us!!!
The apartment decor was warm and very cozy...beautiful decorating.....the living quarters were always comfortable from an air temperature and air flow perspective...the AC efficiency made all rooms exceptionally comfortable. The amenities around the apartment made it so easy for us...no matter what we needed...we were really spoiled being so central to everything in Malaga....your recommendations regarding the sightseeing, the restaurants, Malaga's highlights...we're all appreciated and fantastic!!

This is a great, spacious and well located apartment. My family and I were pleasantly surprised.

It is walking distance to almost all the major sights in Malaga. About 10 minute walk to Malaga's old town center. 3-5 minute walk to the beach!!! And markets and restaurants just literally downstairs! My boys absolutely loved staying here. Our friends who are also on vacation are staying at a hotel and they were quite envious of our accommodations.

They also had a washing machine; perfect if you pack light like we do and were able to wash our clothes as well as our beach towels.

We made breakfast instead of going out to eat. It has as all the basic ammenities should you do this. (Oh, but there wasn't a knife. Big plus was that the neighbor was super friendly and loaned us one to use.)

You can use the A/C. But opening ALL the windows and and balcony doors gives such a refreshing and cooling breeze that we actually did as Spaniards do and took a siesta! It was very hard to wake up from that!😀

I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely use this place again.

From booking to checking out the process and communication was fantastic. The apartment was in the heart of the Madrid with the metro being on the door step. The apartment was well layed out and spacious. Very clean and equiped with a kitchen if you want to cook a meal. Highly recommend this apartment and ‘be mate’!! Thanks

I stayed with two of my friends in Be Mate apartment in Madrid last week. It's a central location - very convenient to get anywhere actually - whether walking (couple of minutes to La Latina) or using public transport. At the same time the apartment located in quiet residential area - so you are not experience any noise when crowd goes out:) Inside it's really new and clean and it turned out to be even bigger than we expected. Two bedrooms and bathrooms, big and clean kitchen, plenty of any sort of space for you and your stuff. It has got conditioner and heating system. Aa a bonus there is awesome wine shop within 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. Stuff was nice and helpful, we did't have any "issues" at all. Thank you really much, Be Mate, for a great stay.

We’ve been in Madrid between 17 and 20 November, at the Teatro Calderón City Center apartment. The position is great, you can walk almost to everywhere but also take the metro at the really near station. The apartment it’s very nice inside and pretty comfortable.
We would like to recommend this location to everyone who wants enjoy their time in this beautiful city!

The have premium apartments, buy their service is far from what they sell. In our case, insufficient toilet paper and they didn't leave coffee. The two things at least you expect. Also the place was for 4 but only toe chairs in the dining.
Recommendations are too touristic in my opinion, when you ask for anything, more than giving you real solutions the give automatic replies.

The apartment was really clean. The decoration was lovely.
The location is perfect for turists.
The staff was very polite and always available.
Generally really good.

Nice and cute apartments in the center of Madrid. Especially thanks for Gonzales who meet me and gave information about "must visit" places in Madrid ;)

My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind.

Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner.

Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day!

All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Be mate its a excelent group, the service, options and costumer center is the best, i'm recomended this guys.

Amazing properties, both hotels and apartments. The best customer service I've ever had too. When we arrived at our apartment, Patricia was waiting and had already prepared the place for us, including mood lighting and music. She was very nice and helpful with everything.
