The apartment location was perfect. Close enough to Adenau, all of it's highlights and nightlife, but nestled up on the hills that it was quiet and serene.

Right next to the action. Can be a bit noisy at night. The place does not have kitchen appliances or sink. Does have a kettle. Place is clean and comfortable. Place is secure. There is a small safe. I would recommend to anyone who is staying in Split.

Fantastic Paris apartment
The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with all amenities. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, groceries, bars, and restaurants. Booking was easy and check in and check out were very easy. Communication fantastic.

Its been an absolute nightmare
Its been an absolute nightmare. I booked a hotel room last September 2025 for a 1 night stay in Cardiff on 16th June 2026. I booked through Vrbo and the host was Brlvilla by OYO. I paid the deposit and waited for an invoice to pay on 5th May. Nothing came. I have contacted vrbo 3 times now and they have contacted Belvilla who promised to contact me or send an invoice for the final payment. They have done neither. I have rung the hotel and they do not have a booking for me. There is a concert in the City and nearly all hotels are full. On their direct website they are offering the same room nearly triple the price but the hotel is full!!
Absolutely no customer service from them, been totally ignored and lied too. Whole stay has been ruined as I booked another room in same hotel for our friends through Booking.com and this has been confirmed by the hotel. There was only 1 room left on Vrbo which was why I had to go to another agent. So 1 couple has a room and we dont!!
I have given more info to Belvilla after their response below but have still heard nothing from them.

Second floor apartment. There is an elevator. Lots of great cafes and restaurants. Safe. Near Metros.

Everything was really great! The only bill I have is the phone number they give you to WhatsApp with any questions. Nobody answers, would suggest they figure that out, but otherwise it was all wonderful.

Great walkable location
Great walkable location. Quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive. Beds were uncomfortable but not a complete deal breaker. There was a badly broken floor board that was a potential trip hazard if you weren’t careful. All in all it was a nice stay.

The house
The house, pool and gardens were beatified. Couldn’t have asked for more.
The drive up to the house was challenging, 15 minutes from Sayalonga on narrow roads quite high st no more than 15mph.
