I purchased a subscription for their Telegram automation software, but the service is not working as advertised (multiple errors and bugs). When I requested a refund according to their policy, the support team ignored me or refused to return the money. This is very unprofessional. I have all the screenshots of our conversation and proof of payment. If the refund is not processed within 48 hours, I will initiate a chargeback through my bank. Stay away from this service!

they sold a proxy that didn't work and then we reported that it didn't work and after reporting the problem the proxy was connected and I asked for a refund even though I said I didn't need it anymore and I told them to do it to my account but they didn't do the refund and they said that the proxy was working correctly from the beginning and that it was working without any problems. after buying the proxy I told them that I had proof that it wasn't working and that they sold a defective proxy from the beginning but they said that it was working from the beginning. for some reason after reporting the problem the proxy that wasn't working suddenly started working. what a coincidence isn't it. I do not recommend them, you should definitely stay away from them, it is a money trap, a scam and the proxy speed will not be as stated. If I was able to save 1 person's life, I am happy about it, I hope you will not be scammed and you will not fall into this money trap.
