Had to return a jacket and top as I got the sizes wrong ( I’m not usually the one who orders my clothes online) Marcus couldn’t have been more helpful re-ordered and goods came quickly again then Mike sent me an email a few days later letting me know what was going on & Marcus got in touch again telling me he was keeping an eye on my Refund, so can’t wait picking out my next order over the weekend to add to my ever growing Belstaff collection. Thanks again Belstaff.

I needed a replacement belt for my Roadmaster Jacket. Although not on Sale, Mr Michael Alexander engaged personally and took every effort to organize one in my colour especially for me. That is the kind of service I expect from a brand like Belstaff. I personally own a SIcon, a heavy Motorbike Trialmaster and a Roadmaster, an O just like the finish and the quality, cool and functional.

I ordered a leather jacket on March 30, 2023 and returned it per the instructions from the company on April 6, 2023. So this was more than 6 weeks ago, and I still haven't been refunded. I have written several mails and even spoken to someone personally in customer service at Belstaff. All assure me that my refund will occur, but I find this absolutely unacceptable. Never have I had to wait more than two weeks for a refund from an online purchase.

Very Good Service! I lost a Button on a Belstaff motorcycle leather jacket after 4 years. Customer Service sent a replacement button by express from Italy just 2 days after my request. Many thanks to Nicole and Josiane!

We had a bit of a difficult situation as my return package was stuck somewhere with DHL. Nicole from the Belstaff support team did an amazing job in getting everything sorted out and personally following up until I received my money back. Awesome support, thank you!

I ordered Trialmaster Jacket too small. So I had to organize shippment back to bellstaff (as a return was not possible). As I did not arrived with the DHL express website, your assistance Meltem helped me in a kind and patient manner and organized the pickup for me.

Good fashion, good service

I should pay for the repair myself even though it is a belstaff fault. It is a shoe that has never been worn and has problems with heel.

Really fast and precise answers to my questions

Customer service was extremely quick and helpful. Plus, shipping and return is free even for smaller items and from the Continent to UK or back, respectively.

Needless to say the products are top notch, everyone buying Belstaff knows what to expect, their clothing is great. Leather jackets will last a lifetime if not longer.

Liar, fraudster and scam.Terrible service. After being a customer of many years and spending more than thousands of dollars with Belstaff , i can now say after tasting their after sales service i will never be buying from them again.
