Total scam , use pics of aan Americal coupsl stating they are the owners , they are not .
It is run by 2 businessmen from China , One has a UK address , the other is in China . They then use a fake tracking company with believeable E-mails , every so often to convince you , the order is on the way . The tracking company is a fake website as well . Total con , avoid at all costs

Pretty much the same as everyone else who placed an order at the beginning of October for the money boxes. Mine show as arriving in Oxford on the 30th October, after that nothing. I have emailed but not had any response. I did pay via PayPal so put a claim in through them and have received a full refund. Also a bit disappointing as well as the advert did show that they were etched but actually they were sending stickers for the name so not great all round.

As others have stated tracking once arrived in the UK stalls, I was told it had cleared customs in London and last known details show it as being in Cardiff since 29th October. Not getting replies to emails. Abysmal company ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered money box 3rd Oct and despite many emails from myself to the so called service center have not received an explanation as to where my order has gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ....SCAM 😡

Update: My money boxes finally arrived in late December. Two of them I was unable to gift as they don't look like the letters they are meant to be as the proportions are wrong. The wood for 3 of them is not a colour I'd have ever ordered, looks nothing like the photo in advert. I was unable to return the goods. 2 out of 5 were in a giftable condition. Lesson learned!

I ordered wooden piggy banks back in early October, they have still not arrived. Advert seen on Instagram. I checked reviews at the time they were fair. I thought I was buying from a UK based business but the first email received then said that the items were being sent from the USA

Company is not responding to my emails.

Initially I had several tracking emails plotting the journey of the package from the USA even through to customs to in the UK. The package has supposedly been at a London depot for 2 weeks. The postcode given for the location is actually an Aberdeen postcode not a London postcode.

I paid using Klarna installments to reduce risk of losing money, I've paused payment and am seeking a full refund.

I did not read these reviews before placing my order. PLEASE do not use this company. I placed an order early October 2023 and received regular updates until it reached the UK, then the updates stalled and the company could not provide and update. It's now mid-November 2023 and there has been no delivery, even though I have chased the company several times.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered these believing they were a UK company and would be shipped relatively speedily but I was wrong. After numerous attempts to speak to someone they eventually arrived. They were much much smaller than shown in their ad and one of the piggy banks is in some state. The perspex covering the front of the wooden letter is all "chewed" up along the edges, it's a mess!! These were gifts for my two grandchildren and I wouldn't embarrass myself by giving them to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Made the mistake of ordering via a Facebook suggested post, won’t be doing that again. Ordered two months ago now and still no sign. Tracking says they are apparently in the UK, but hasn’t been updated for 3 weeks. Customer service is awful. Should have checked the reviews first, BE WARNED!!!

I ordered from them and then read the reviews and tried to cancel the order and now saying its dispatched even though my order states unfulfilled

Don’t touch this place, like others my order was coming from America even though advertised as a Uk company. I ordered 2 piggy banks and more than a month later as soon as the tracking hit the Uk I heard nothing, surprisingly managed from America but disappeared in the Uk!! Thankfully I paid by paypal and have just received a refund.

My son ordered a piggy bank from this site on 02/10/2023 for my grandsons birthday. Despite saying it’s based in UK, realised it was shipped internationally and apparently has been sitting somewhere in OXFORD UK since 30/10/2023 according to the tracking order receipt they keep sending when questioning about the delivery. I usually read reviews on trust pilot before I place any orders but didn’t this time serves me right😡 I also, believe that this site is using different names in selling these piggy banks on social media as I just came across same adverts and it’s dishonest reviews on their pages but under different company names. Also, when comments are left they are being removed or they are blocking you. So, please stay away from Beloved ours-uk and any other sites selling these money banks as I truly believe they are operating under different names.

I wish I researched before ordering, I’m the same as most on here ordered in late September and still not here I email the company regularly but told the same be patient they will be with you in a few days, I have been told this for three weeks now, I tell them these seem like a scam to me I want my money back, they you get your order soon, anoth is anoth , I have been Intouch with Klarna they asked me to contact seller with I have again, I have not finished paying so they have paused payment I ordered 6 money boxes altogether. I have looked on Amazon tonight and they are half the price I payed from china, they say they can deliver between 28 November to the 1 December if I order today, this is what have told beloved our, that I ordered recently from china and it come quicker than the USA. Please please don’t by from these companies I have seen they use other name on Instagram, all very similar name.

Zero stars. Like the others. Ordered 2 money boxes and they"shipped"from USA. After about 6 weeks of shipping updates they arrived in Ireland. Then nothing for weeks. I contacted them and they sent me a completely different tracking number from China. Finally 2 money boxes arrived. Letter M looked really good but letter S looks nothing like advertised. They informed me they can only refund 3usd. Terrible customer service And definitely a scam. At least I received something unlike most others!

Items not arrived, they charged more than they should have for the goods, no refund of the over charge, customer service just sends you round in circles without resolution Bank and PayPal are investigating. Avoid at all costs it's a SCAM

I ordered some bras from this company (as advertised on Instagram) and waited over 6 weeks for them to arrive, despite the delivery guidelines published on their website.
When they did eventually arrive, they do not fit and the one that does fit, is so badly crushed that it is not wearable.
I politely asked for their return details a full refund but they simply replied saying they had sent the correct items. They are clearly being purposely awkward and do not want to have the items back or give a refund.
Given that it is only a small amount of money involved, I have decied not to spend any more of my valuable time on it but I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Apparently the goods have been in the UK on M25 Manchester!!! since end of October. Tried to contact company but just get a robot telling me be patient the goods will arrive, I can't have a refund because they say the goods have been shipped. Ordered in September. According to tracking its been in the UK since October. In Lincoln.
No courier details so can't contact anyone. Company refuses to give out any information regarding courier, stating it doesn't know.
They refuse a refund, stating in each correspondence to please wait.
Don't trust this company I don't believe anyone in the uk received their order. (Website says beloved ours uk, however they ship from abroad).

I ordered items in September for November Birthday's, constantly getting Tracking updates which hold no value, date or confirmation of when items will arrive. I paid using Klarna, mid November order still not arrived, trying to get a refund !.
Don't Use this Company!.
