Delivered the sweater but quality is shocking. They emailed to say that it must be returned to China and all postage and import taxes had to be paid by me. Do not use this site. I will go via my credit card for compensation.
Ordered dress from Facebook ad. Looked like it was made from jersey fabric from ad photo. Truth it was so flimsy it was posted through my letterbox. No way can you get a refund. Customer service says you have to send it back to China at a approx cost of £25. Scam.

I have been trying to communicate with anyone in regards to an order I placed in October. It is now January and no one replies to any emails and their website chatbot is useless.
I fear this company is fraudulent and i would advise not using them. Terrible communication and unprofessional replies. No product (in this case furniture) delivered. I have had to issue a dispute with my Credit Card company to retrieve my funds. In addition the product they said they would send didnt even look like the product which was advertised.
