LadyZo Are scammers ladies don’t believe what you see in their website they’re in China the material is cheap and I tried to return the dress they kept looping me toward how cute the dress is and I need to keep it mind you they say easy returns I was going back and forth with them for a month with no success , at the end they didn’t even answer when I kept asking them to start the return , they’re scammers thieves and liers if the clothes that you buy from them they won’t return it although it says in their website easy full return , liers liers and liers their material is bad and they’re all in China MY ADVICE TO BELIVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THIER WEBSITE THEYRE SCAMMERS IF I COULD GIVE THEM ANYTHING LESS THAN ONE START I WOULD

I ordered 2 shirts this past summer and one ended up being out of stock after I ordered it, which was fine because they gave me my money back. The other shirt had not come in although it was said to have delivered, so I emailed them to say that I never got it. They responded saying that they could give me a 50% refund instead of me having to pay shipping to send it back?? I didn’t even get it!! In the end they did give me a refund after several emails of me explaining that I did not receive the package, but still ended their email saying that it would be a one time thing for them to allow me to keep the item and get a refund... (still never got the package)

I ordered 4 dresses from here and they arrived in about 2-3 weeks which is a bit long, but they were exactly as they looked and really nice! I wanted to return 2 items because of the way they fit, and customer service did reply by email about once a day which was a bit slow but oh well. They wouldn't give a full refund unless you post it back to them at your own expense to California. Otherwise, they would give you 50% off. In the end, they did give me a full refund when I asked and didn't have to send it back!

seriously save your money. The clothes were GARBAGE and then when I asked for a refund, they stopped answering me. Huge scam. I hope someone from the company reads this and gives a crap about how they are ripping people off.

Just read somebody else's review on this company and wish my daughter had seen before ordering clothes from them. The quality of the clothing is very poor and as mentioned when you try and get a refund from the company, they come back promptly trying to solve the issue for you, but NOT offering a refund. Then when you tell them you want a refund - nothing. No further communication at all. Have been trying to get an answer from them for almost 2 months - I give up.

THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM. THE CLOTHES ARE TRASH AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY ONLY REPLY BACK WITH AN AUTOMATED EMAIL. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN. STAY AWAY!!!!!

You won't get a refund if the item doesn't fit. You wait three weeks to get item and then your stuck with it. Terrible customer service. Stand clear from this place!

Could not agree with these reviews more. Not only did it take forever to get my order, but absolutely inconsistent sizing. Ordered 3 dresses. 1 fit fine, 1 "fit", but should be called a shirt not a dress, the last "fit", but flies open to bare all when you walk. I requested to return 2 of the 3. I have now sent 2 email and received some generic email about being out of the office for the weekend. I doubt I'll get anything back, but I'm persistent.

SAVE UR MONEY, PEOPLE!!! in a nutshell: the clothes won’t fit, they’ll be VERY poor quality and then a ridiculous return policy, only to end in U NOT GETTING UR MONEY BACK!!—- you won’t, don’t even bother trying!!!!......UNCOOL!

I ordered two dresses and waited for an email saying they shipped. A MONTH LATER, I get an email saying my order was canceled and I will get a refund for the whole purchase price in 7-10 days. 13 days later I get a refund of 2/3 of the purchase price, not the whole thing. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get the rest of my money back because I know I will not reach "customer service." They probably just accept "orders" to get your credit card number. This is clearly a scam, don't waste your money on this BS.

Really bad customer service. I waited longer than the 20 days they said it would get here and the dress is awful!! It came with loose threads, extremely short & VERY see through. It is like a shirt basically. Not true to side at all and I am extremely disappointed. I will never order from them again.

Worst company ever!! It is a SCAM! Do not buy anything from them. They refuse to give a refund and have been giving me the run around for 3 months!! None of the clothes fit and the customer service reps just stopped responding to my emails.

Before ordering, I made sure that returning was an option. I read that returning was an option within 2 weeks of receiving the items and you have to request the return through customer service.
I made two purchase orders totalling $202 and some change. I was very excited to receive the items but upon arrival, the material was very thin, see through, cheap, and unless you have the "model figure," the clothing doesn't fit right.
I requested a return through their customer service department (they don't have a phone number, everything is through email) and took dayssss to hear back. In order to return, they require you to provide photos of the items you'd like to return. I dont know about anyone else but I don't have time to do this, especially when I ordered over 10 items. When I want to return something, I want to return it period.
Finally, they offered two options for return. 1. I keep the items and receive a 50% refund 2. I return the items for store credit.
Don't say that your customers can return items for a full refund if this is not true! If you want me to lie about the reasoning for return so it "justifies" a full refund I can do that but hat kind of customer service is that??? This place is a joke. I will never order through them again.

My experience with this company was actually a good one. The items I ordered didn’t fit me well so I sent an email, inquiring about a return. They responded within a couple of days and once I replied, we exchanged a few emails back and forth almost in real time. The rep was courteous and fair, and I didn’t feel like I was being left in a lurch. I’ve got another order coming that I placed a few days after the first one so hopefully this next set of dresses fits me better.

I ordered 4 bathing suits and they did not fit right but after speaking to Verone in the customer service department they were able to help me. These bathing suits are very cute!
