I did not receive my order. Customer service only says it's delivered. Do not order from this website, it s a scam.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Do not order from them. Incredible marketing pictures -however the crap comes from China and is nothing like the pictures. Bait and Switch!???When you try to return it they don’t get back to you. You’ll then send it to China and it will cost you &75-$100 and then six months later the box comes back and they refused to give you back your money So you’re out the postage plus the money you spent on the crappy clothes. It’s the biggest scam in the world.

A Chinese company selling overpriced poor quality shoes! They ship from China without proper packaging and at their leisure. I waited over 4 weeks for part of my shipment. They never contacted me about a potential ship data and when I contacted them they asked me to wait for a new stock. DO NOT USE!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I keep asking for a refund and they keep pushing it off telling me to wait even though I can see on my shipping that my order was sent back to sender. If I had the authority to shut down the website I would to help no one else experience this.

A scam! They take your money, you never receive anything and they don’t reply to emails at all. Ordered a Xmas present 7 weeks before Xmas -never came. I’ve written it off as lost money, I know I won’t be able to get the money back seeing as other reviewers have tried and failed :(

Horrible customer service and a scam. DO NOT buy. You cannot return items unless you pay chipping to china (hundreds of dollars) and the products are not as indicated on website.

I am confident any "good" review is given by someone at the company.
As most the other reviews state, we received totally different product than what was ordered. As a customer of bellemeet, we are to pay freight & customs to the China Return Center... really. I am reporting them to the FTC.
Thank you Trustpilot for the platform, I hope you would show reviews that are this bad to authorities also. Look at the reviews for "Anne Cloth", it is the exact same company as Bellemeet.

Horrible clothing, a scam! They post pictures of clothing items then send some cheap weird version of it that looks NOTHING like the picture advertised. It is shipped from China so you can forget about a refund! I bought one sweater from them and it looks so ridiculous I’m either throwing it in the trash or donating it to Goodwill. What a disappointment.

A real disappointment. This is dishonest business : great photos, products arrive looking quite different (much worse). The fabric is terrible. There is a lack of honesty - fraudulent description of items fabric / material (when indicating cotton, and in fact it arrives as polyester). Looks terribly cheap, I would never wear this. What a waste of money.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! I received an irregular sweater and in order to receive a refund I had to ship it back to China at my own cost which is 2x the price I paid for the sweater!!!! No phone number to call, email only. DON’T waste your money on their cheap, irregular clothing. They state easy returns and exchanges but they purposely leave out they’re located in China and shipping costs are 2 to 3 times the amount that you paid for your item. If I knew that I was ordering a product from China I would’ve never ever ordered!!!!!!!!!

The WORST company I have ever used. I ordered ~$80 worth of clothes through them mid-September 2019 and have been fighting with different idiotic customer service representatives over a refund for my order after not receiving it by mid-November 2019. They sent me through different hoops and finally told me they "do not issue refunds" but since I'm a "valuable" customer, they would give me a 15% cash refund. How am I supposed to receive this cash refund? Through the mail that they were unable to send my order through?

tl;dr: don't order through this company they have the worst customer service and they're just plain STUPID.

Do not order clothing from these guys!!! They show pictures of well made clothing but will send you a cheap homemade version of what you ordered! It comes from China so the only way you can get a refund is pay and have the item sent back to them, which is costly! They know this, which is why most people just keep the item and give it to Goodwill rather than send it back! This is how they make their money! Buyer Beware!!!

This is a company out of China known under various names. Once they scam enough people they change the name. Always find out where there from first before ordering. This scam has been going on a longtime. They need to be shut down.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering..i ordered the long grey sweatshirt, 23 September 2019, and haven't received anything. Have sent emails but no response. Facebook should NOT allow them to advertise.

Very disappointed with this company. Their sizing for The US is off. Much too large. Your order comes in separate pieces instead of one order. No return information comes with your order. When you send emails asking for an address to return an item for a refund, all you get back is I another email with information on their return policy but no address on where to send items back to. This went on for every item I ordered what was way too big based on their sizing chart.
I will never order from this company again.

I must admit that I’ve not purchased any products from this website, but I have looked at clothing from this website and Noracora. Both have very close selection.
I would be hesitant to order.

DO NOT order from this company BelleMeet. I ordered..They took my money and I never got my order ..BAD COMPANY..

Save your time and money and do not order anything there !!! My package could allegedly not be delivered and I should pick it up in my post ... where and which was never communicated to me, only on multiple demand they gave me a tracking number. DHL said the parcel went back to the sender, Bellemeet (or also named Roselinlin) said it had never arrived and you would not repay my money. Only the PayPal conflict advice could reclaim my money, but not the entire amount. Very bold swindlers are that!

I ordered two things; a pair of sandals and a maxi dress. After 6 weeks I got the sandals and it was low quality, poorly wrapped and the dress was not included. I gave them an extra month just in case it was shipping separately but still no tracking number.

When I brought this to their attention their customer service said the dress was no longer in stock and they would give me a refund. If they knew the dress was out of stock from the order then they should have given me a refund right away! I've contacted them multiple times via email about a refund and nothing. I'm just going to take the L on this one because this website is not worth the stress.

Don't buy from this company.

Terrible customer service - almost a month after ordering a jacket, I was told it's out of stock and I'd be refunded. STill 3 weeks later, no refund and emails keep getting ignored.
