Do not buy from this company.

Items are exceptionally poor quality and when you request a refund they tell you to return to China, but refuse to give you an address (and when they do provide it, it isn't a real address in China) preferring to give a small partial refund instead so are actively discouraging you to return.

Complete scam!

I can’t believe these people, they took £50 of me but no goods. How do you sleep at night. No customer service to talk too either Have a heart people.

Scam scam scam. Fuming is an under statement. The company shows trust pilot being almost 5 star rating. Scandalous

Scam!! Jacket looked nothing like what was ordered. Offered 5% refund or return to Asia at my own expense. Not LONDON based.

This Company is a SCAM I have reported them and hopefully this can be legally shut down. People who cant afford to buy Christmas presents are loosing hard earned money. I dont know how they sleep at night.

Very poor, nothing like it is pictured, looks like it’s knitted but not at all, just a pattern jacket and poor at that, very disappointing and I have emailed for a refund and return details and no response

I would give 0 …I ordered a jacket from them mid October and thinking it’s a UK based company I have contacted them three times via email with no response and no sign of my purchase

Awful as all the other reviews. Terrible quality, have to return to China at huge cost or take 30% refund. Still awaiting an actual refund despite promised. Genuine scam

As others have said a total scam.
They sent a different item to the one I ordered. And stopped replying to me. I had to do charge back via credit card.

This company need closing down.
Ordered what I thought was a lovely big baggy jumper, what I recieved can only be described as a dish cloth. Recieved 2 wks ago took over a wk to get a returns address, took parcel to post office to find out it was going to cost £17 to return a £40 jumper. They then offered 10% off it which is £4 what a joke.

These sites are getting very clever at hiding their true origins. You see the word London in the title and you think UK, wrong. Chinese cheap rubbish, nothing like the pictures. I was caught out a few years ago so stopped buying clothes online, now its happened again so I won't bother ever again. Too many scammers out there now in many different industries and not enough protection provided for the consumers by the platform companies that allow them to operate.

Reading through the other reviews you'll quickly understand how much of a scam this company is.

They pose as a London clothing company. There is nothing London about them. They have no presence in the UK and force you to return your items to China. They say this is because of their commitments to sustainability but it's pure greenwashing.

Here's the funny thing, they'll offer you strange alternatives, like a refund of 10-20% and allow you to keep the items and pass on to friends and family. Absolutely not. The quality is shocking. At the time of counting, I've asked 5 times for the return address in China and they still haven't provided it.

Who knows how much it'll cost me to return, and I'm worried about ever getting my money back.

Avoid at all cost!

Warning: Do not order from Bellavie! I bought a jacket from them that looked great in the pictures, but what I received was nothing like it. They sent me a flimsy, cheap shirt that felt nothing like a jacket—completely misleading! On top of that, their return process is a nightmare. They make it so difficult that it seems they just hope customers give up. If you're looking for quality and decent customer service, stay far away from Bellavie!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam of a ‘company’. Instagram should not have allowed their adverts to pop up. Asked for a refund before order was shipped. They said 7 working days. Refund nowhere to be seen, all communication (which has now stopped) was done outside the customer service hours and the tracking magically updated the same day as they confirmed the refund was accepted. Clothes have turned up over a month after ordering and they are nothing like the quality advertised. I’m fuming that I fell for this tbh - I’m usually quite weary.

I ordered a jacket from a company called velena-london.com which is identical in everyway to this site. Same Instagram ads, same products, same look and feel. A cookie cutter, drop ship company from China.
Never received my jacket and no response from customer service email.
