Came to this brow bar after a nightmare lash installation. Had them remove the lashes for me and Debbie gave me a express volume set of lashes and lamination on my brows. Was the best experience I have ever had. So friendly and welcoming and gave explanations on every step of the appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is a little wary or worried. Left with the most natural set of lashes and lovely eye brows.. Will be back soon thanks Debbie

I’ve been going to Bella Lash Brow for over a year now for eyelash extensions. I’ve found that other lash technicians use really thick lashes that often feel heavy and look like strip lashes. I always choose Bella Lash Brow for my lash extensions. Have recently tried a brow lamination and lash lift. Every time I have been very happy with the results and always got compliments from my friends about my lashes.

Worst service ever. I went in for eyebrow threading. It was my first experience with the shop. Debbie, the owner, didn’t ask me how I wanted my brows to begin with. She thinned the first brow out. When I complained, she was dismissive, she claimed that some parts of my brow were not filled in, and said she felt she knew what she was doing. She was not concerned that the service was for the client (me ) and was supposed to be to my liking. She subsequently suggested that she thread the second brow in the manner I would have wanted in the first place. She was unapologetic and defensive. I pushed back and held my stand about the service.
She then refused to thread the second brow and said it would teach me a lesson.
I left the salon eventually and I put up a review on Treatwell. But Bella Lash Brow proceeded to tell Treatwell that my appointment was cancelled. As a result, Treatwell took down my review. Bella Lash Brow was not honest about the appointment in order to avoid getting a negative review.
They were highly unprofessional and had the worst customer service.

I have received my refund and will not be going back there.

This was the worst and most expensive lash lift I have ever gotten! My lashes were lifted only very lightly, less than a week later it was essentially undetectable which is a shame as I gotten it to go on holiday and not have to wear makeup. I wrote a review on treatwell and was asked by the business to reach out to them so we can look for a solution together, however when I wrote them an email with pictures, I was met with complete silence. The impression is that they couldn't care less which makes my original experience worse. Would avoid unfortunately.
