I bought the Bell + Howell Bionic 3-Head Grow Light expecting durability and quality. Instead, it failed in less than six months with normal, careful use.

Seeing now that it carries a 1-star rating, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Selling a product that breaks this quickly comes across as careless at best, and it seriously undermines confidence in your brand.

We purchased a quad light made by Bell and Howell. 2 of the 4 lights stopped working. We called Bell and Howell. Customer service agents were not helpful or friendly. Not good customer service, that's for sure.

I purchased two Bell+Howell Bionic Grow Lights online. When I opened the box I found a USB cord. The Description from the website I purchased them states the Power Source as Electrical outlet yet there is no cord that can be plugged directly into an electrical outlet. The Product specification states it has 2 power options (USB or AC power plug) which implies you can use either one. Nowhere on the box does it mention that you have to purchase a separate power adapter (2 in my case) or else have an extra Computer nearby to plug in the USB cord. I called Bell & Howell and the CS representative confirmed the Grow Lights come with a USB cord instead of an electrical cord. I suggested they update the comments on their product....she agreed to pass that on. If that information had been available on the website or even on the box I would not have wasted my time to order them. I requested a refund. By the condition of the boxes (original seals were cut) I'm not the first one to return them.
