The entire transaction was handled by Aayush, who acted as my primary point of contact from the initial search and stone selection through to delivery. Throughout the process, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, patience, and responsiveness. He was always willing to discuss detailed technical aspects of diamond quality, including cut proportions and performance, and consistently provided clear and honest answers to my questions.
What was especially good:
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Professional guidance throughout the entire purchase process.
• Strong technical knowledge of diamonds and cut quality.
• Willingness to spend time helping the customer make an informed decision.
• Prompt responses and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
• The diamond received fully met my expectations and matched the quality discussed during the selection process.
Areas for improvement:
• The delivery process became more complicated than expected due to changes in international shipping conditions.
• Additional delays and uncertainty arose after the company's long-standing logistics carrier unexpectedly changed its shipping policy regarding deliveries to my destination country.
• These issues were largely outside the control of both Belgium Diamonds and Aayush, but they nevertheless affected the overall purchasing experience.
