⭐ 4/5 – Order confirmed, but email was hard to find

I ordered two sweaters and at first I thought I didn’t receive any confirmation email, which worried me because the payment had already been taken. It turned out the confirmation email was hidden in my inbox, so that was my mistake.

Once I found it, everything was in order and the communication from the company looked fine. It would still be helpful if confirmation emails were easier to spot or didn’t end up in hidden sections of the inbox, but overall things seem good so far
