Product description did not match and no response from customer service

I ordered motorcycle goggles that were described as including multiple interchangeable lenses. The product arrived without the additional lenses, so the description did not match the actual contents.

I contacted customer service about the issue but have received no response at all. There was no attempt to resolve the problem, which is very disappointing.

Overall, this was a very poor experience and left a negative impression. I cannot recommend based on this experience.

Fast delivery :-)

I placed my order Wednesday evening (16.03.16) and I received my order today (18.03.16). Very thing when fast and smooth, and there was a great communication about the shipping via e-mail. Also paying via "Vorkasse" went without any problems at all. Thank you very much!

Super service!!

I bought a set of Alpinestars leather suits. I ordered one Tuesday evening. Friday I received the goods, I live in Denmark. The company is good to give a straight answer, and they have great prices.
