If your order hasn’t arrived the best way to contact us is always via email. As reviews can get missed.
That said I have seen this, I am sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet.
It is coming from the UK and despite it seeming like quite a while has passed since your order has shipped, it’s actually only been 9 working days due to Christmas. That and the fact there’s normally a surge in mail at this time can also add delays.
