Okay, but could be better
I like having the option of the service being available if I need quick cash. The system is designed for failure, though. Most people get paid in the evening on their payday, yet the system is set to take payment within business hours on the day your pay is received, without flexibility.
It would make far more sense to set the withdrawal date for the following day to avoid penalising people for a system failure rather than human error.
The only solution is to take more than you need to hold some in reserve to make the repayment in time, which defeats the purpose.

Greed, Interest and Ego
They increase their Interest and Establishment fee suddenly without notifying any customers. Bit harsh and getting greedier as they are the only competitors in giving loan easily. Most of the times they do not allow you to take same amount which yoh have already taken
Beware not to get Addict otherwise they will loot you.

Payment not processed and no reply from customer service
Paid off my loan almost two weeks ago and the payment has not been processed in my account. No reply from customer service in over a week. A stressful and frustrating experience.
