Stilling money company!

Would not order from this company. I ordered a smart hula hoop, waited 3 weeks for delivery. Package arrived and it was a completely different cheap knock off product-not what I ordered. Complained and they have never replied. Complete scam!!

I ordered the wrong size it’s to loose and I have tried emailing on several occasions just no response and tried to look for a contact number but cannot find anything this was 2 weeks ago!!! Still to reply or anything! Would never order off these again!! Do not recommended

This company will take your money and not send your item! They also sent an error tracking number that does not work!
No one manned the email hence your email won’t be answered!

Every customers that have not received their item or money not refunded should file a complaint for consumer right on government site.

Do not purchase if you don’t want to incur a Fed Ex tax bill. I had to pay more than what the item cost. An invoice was sent to me once it has been delivered from Fed Ex. Avoid cheaper on Amazon.

Do not by from this company.they sent me a fake product and signed me up for a subscription I hadn't asked for.they don't answer emails and they don't let you remove reviews or write a negative review

Shocking company - customer service non existent. Took a month to ship product (from China) which is faulty. No answer to emails so guess ive lost £30. AVOID!!!!!!!

Don't buy from this company. Product not received. Took 5 days to get a customer services rep to contact me. Assuring me I would get my product in a few days. Still nothing. I have requested a refund. But judging from the cracking bad reviews on this site. I dont hold up much hope

Do not buy! This company is a scam trying to make a quick buck off the current situation. Shame on you Facebook for allowing these sorts of advertisements to exist! I tried to leave a review on the page but it doesn't accept negative reviews.

Delivery took a while which during the current circumstances is understandable.
However 3 of the bands broke on my second use. After writing to their ‘customer support’ I received no reply.

Do not purchase from this company, they take ur money and give you a delivery date then nothing, do not reply to emails, do not waste your money

Only put a star to post this. ZERO STARS. Absolutely garbage product, the bands broke on 1st use. Not fit for purpose and this joke of a "company" aren't fit to trade. A month long wait for delivery, no way to get a reply from them through website or email. Terrible.

3 weeks with out my order. Paid for express delivery, and told it would be a week delivery.
