This is a BOGUS COMPANY. Over 3 months from ordering and I have not received my T-shirt. I ordered after seeing an advert on instagram and then found out that despite their UK brand name, they send products directly from China. I cannot find a UK trading address or further information confirming their support to the charities they mention. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund, only to be told to wait another week. I am now seeking a refund via the Chargeback Scheme with my bank and will forward information to Instagram, Facebook and Trading Standards.

An update to my previous post regarding non-delivery. After nearly 10 weeks the goods did turn up. The jewellery was for a gift and arrived far too late so no good. Also tiny and poor quality. wouldn't have given it to anybody!
The t shirt was a ridiculous shape. Like wearing a sack and lurid colour, poor quality.
Trying to obtain a return/refund within 14 days of receipt, to which I am entitled under distance selling regulations (forget the 30 days from date of order rubbish on their website) As expected, completely ignoring my emails and no return address or phone number.
Do not order anything from these people. Goods are cheap quality from China and no customer service of any sort.
I am a member of the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) mentioned on their site. I've just had it confirmed that they have no links whatsoever with Bee Wholesome and several members have asked them about it. So another untruth which may come back to bite them in the future if they don't respond to the Association's request to remove this 'link' from their site.

I don’t usually buy from adverts but fell for this as the t shirts looked nice and good quality and I was looking for a gift for my daughter.
Unfortunately they are cheap with a stencil design put on them that looks like it will come off quickly.
I tried to return them but they have a no return for sales items - the original price for the t shirts was ridiculous and the price I paid at a supposedly sales price was far too much for the poor quality items received.
All a ploy to deny people the right to return them.
There is no returns address for this company !!
I guess I live and learn - never again!!!

So disappointed.
Bought this as a birthday present as I thought they would be lovely soft T-shirt.
But they seem poor quality T-shirts with iron on transfers and nothing like the photos.
They were also quite small sizing, which is a real shame.
Unfortunately as they were 'reduced' to £17.99 I can't even send them back.
Gutted as I bought two T-shirts thinking they would be a lovely present.
I've had to find something else for a gift instead as they aren't suitable. Such as shame.

Not worth any stars. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. Order came in good time, but sent wrong size and colour is bright bright yellow not mottled mustard shade as per picture. Cheap quality T-shirt and print. Have contacted them several times wanting returns address as no details on website, they just keep asking for pictures of the product or what is the issue. Now 10 messages in backwards and forwards and no closer to getting the address.

After seeing an advert on Instagram in mid May I ordered 2 t shirts as I liked the designs and the idea of supporting a charity focussed on Bees. I found these reviews a week or so after I had ordered and my heart sank - had I fallen for a scam?! I wrote it off to experience and a lesson to calm down on the lockdown internet shopping. Much to my surprise, today Hermes delivered a package containing 2 t shirts as ordered! As other reviewers have said they came direct from China but I wasn’t ever overly concerned about that. The t shirts themselves are fine - recognisable against the marketing pictures but the design transfers are not quite straight and will be obvious casualties if not ironed carefully. The yellow t shirt is the mustard colour per the advert and not the bright yellow some others have received. The t shirts are ok but cheap goods and not worth the £17 price. However, on balance I’m happy enough with them and have decided they’ll be nice as my gardening t shirts!

Scam company do not buy. As someone else said below, wish I’d have read these reviews before purchasing from this company. Innocently ordered a T-shirt, sizing is so small. I emailed them and asked if I could return it so I could buy the bigger size. Matt responded, clearly not read my email, suggesting that I put it through the wash as it would shrink anyway. 1. Why would you advertise that your products shrink in the wash and 2. It was a bigger size that I needed. Then here comes the best (slightly creepy) part, he suggested, after shrinking it if it still doesn’t fit, to send them a photo of me in it to prove it doesn’t fit. I can’t even tell this story without laughing, it’s an absolute joke of a company!
Anyway I responded to remind him that the top was actually too small so putting it through the wash and shrinking it wouldn’t do the trick, I then requested a refund as I no longer want the T-shirt knowing that it’s clearly poor quality and will shrink in the wash. No reply. Chased again, no reply. Doesn’t look like I’ll ever hear from these con artists again. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

If there was a no star review... sadly there isn’t! This “company” takes your money and doesn’t produce the goods. Ordered in March it’s now June and no sign of my tshirt. Was asked to be understanding by Matt on more than one occasion... they now don’t even respond. I was told I couldn’t have a refund because it was late due to international shipping issues!!! There’s the rub, I thought this was a UK company, obviously not! They also claim to help out charitable institutions...I’ve reported them to the advertising standards agency. One thing I need to do is check Trustpilot reviews in future!!!

So I ordered two T-shirt’s and after 8 weeks waiting and reading reviews had more or less given up on receiving anything but to my surprise both T-shirt’s arrived at the weekend. The correct size and colour, not the print I expected but still better than i had expected so not quite so bad after all. Just have to be prepared to wait.

I should have read these reviews before ordering my t-shirt, as now I can only repeat the same story everyone else is telling. The delivery took three weeks and the lovely mustard t-shirt in the pictures is actually a horrible bright yellow boxy bobbling tent. And judging by how my email conversation with "Matt" is going, I won't get my money back. Total scam. Will report to Instagram and Facebook.

Terrible company! Worried I’m not going to see my money again. One item never even arrived. The t-shirts are AWFUL, cheap fabric and nothing like the photos on the website. I will he reporting to Instagram and Facebook.

I once bought a bee necklace from this company and it’s lovely, really good quality.
So I thought I’d buy one of their T-shirt’s. I’ve had the same experience as all the other reviews, bad communication, long delivery time and then the T-shirt arrived today after I had mentioned the trading act, they’d taken my money and no item received nor an agreement to refund. The T-shirt is awful. It’s a cheap grey T-shirt fabric with a bee printed on and looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn’t buy from them again. Moreover I thought I was supporting a company passionate about the environment but the T-shirt was sent straight from China and it’s not made using sustainable materials plus it’s adding to the detrimental decline of our environment with their awful manufacturing, shipping and delivery from abroad. I don’t believe they are committed to bees. I thought I was supporting a UK company with values and a positive ethos for the planet but this is not the case. Will not be purchasing from this company again nor will I recommend them.

Absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on 1st March arrived 1st June! Wrong colour, the style is nothing like the photograph, it is just a bright yellow, cheap tee with a transfer ironed on it. Waste of money.

My Goodness what a nightmare this so called company are!! Have been waiting for my T.Shirt since the 4th of April and yes the delightful Matt is so apologetic when you first enquire as to it’s whereabouts but when after waiting another 3 weeks I asked for a refund was told it wasn’t their responsibility and then got no replies to my messages at all! Do not buy from these scammers!! All looks good on the website but stay away from them they do not deserve to stay trading and I do not understand how these sites are allowed to rip people off the way they do.... as if we are not all suffering enough in these strange times!! I work hard for my money on the NHS frontline and decided I needed a treat to cheer myself up but instead have been left feeling very unhappy and cheated!! Shame on you!!

I have waited 9 weeks for this t-shirt, written numerous emails which have fallen on deaf ears and today received the most hideous looking t:shirt I have ever seen. Nothing like the advertised product. Gaudy yellow, cheap fabric and shapeless. There’s a refund address in China. Surprise!!! Very wholesome UK!! Like others, I would give no stars if I could. I have reported the company on Facebook and Instagram and hope at some point they take action to stop conning well meaning customers!

Finally received my t shirt 10 weeks after placing an order. I ordered mustard, it’s bright yellow!! Nothing like the picture. Sizing is out, ordered my actual size it’s like a tent!! I contacted the company via email to ask for return info as there is nothing on the website and yet again all i received back as another email stalling asking for pictures of the issues etc etc! Please please please DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! ITS A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!

If I could give no stars, I would.

Ordered a T-shirt at the beginning of April. Contacted them via Facebook and Instagram and was given an email address... the email bounced... red flag number 1.
I was then given another one and Matt responded and apologised and blamed the pandemic. - to which I was understanding.

It is now June and I have messaged them on all platforms and emailed asking for a refund and not a single response. Commented on pictures, no reply.

This company is a scam. Appalling customer service. Do not give them your money!

I placed an order for a birthday gift on 20th April, it has still not arrived 03/06/20. Numerous emails have been sent , only the first one was replied too. Poor service, this company should be shut down. Do not order from them. I have discovered many other companies selling the same things with good reviews.... wish I had checked first !!

Due to the coronavirus situation my tee shirt took a while to arrive but was worth waiting for. Lovely bright and cheerful top, good quality material.
