Whilst purchasing items at Christmas a pop up comes up you won a free trial of beers , being Xmas you think ok I’ll give it a go , no we’re does it state your signing to a subscription , several weeks later you see a pending transaction for £29.99 to this company , you call them and tell them you didn’t sign up for a subscription and not to send any orders out , the following day they dispatch the item after clearly being told not to ,
Yodel try to deliver the delivery refused and told to return to sender .
Apparently yodel try to deliver again no one is at home and the parcel is left in the close ,
The company are trying to blame me when in fact they scam
People into subscriptions , even when telling them the issues they still send the parcels out to get your money then on top of this try to blame you for the useless courier service they provide .
Stay away and avoid !’n

Supplied me again with a product I can't get anywhere else so I'm not looking any more as a result. I really want this company to grow & succeed be able to get past the shipping cost issues that they have encountered recently & that they have decided to pause business as a result, rather than ask more from their customers. A bold & noble sentiment, that alone makes this company different from the rest. We'll meet again I hope...

Just recieved my latest order and as usual it turned up exactly on time and well packed. My favourite French ciders delivered to my door instead of trips across the channel and the usual hassle with customs and excise. Hurry back Beer To You you deserve sucess.

first order lost second order arrived after 4 days missing 2 bottles guess not in stock listed as in stock on web site not arrived yet will go for a refund wont be recommending them to anyone wont be using again

Everything delivered on time beers as they should be, if I was was unhappy you would know about it

I first ordered 12 cans of Erdinger Dunkel and after placing this order was told they weren’t in stock and was reimbursed immediately.
I then ordered 20 bottles of the same beer and 3 days later they arrived. So great service,communication and products

Would Have Liked To Have Known The Postage/Delivery Charge If Possible At The Start Of The Order Process And If I Could Have Had It Delivered To A Neighbour If I Wasn't In At The Time And Date Of The Actual Delivery. But I Am Very Happy With The Beers And They Were Extremely Well Wrapped And Quickly Despatched Yet Again!!

very pleased to find a superb quality product (Erdinger Oktoberfest) at a competitive price. Ordered on the Mon and received a very well packaged box on the Fri, ready for the weekend :)
Any further additions of Oktoberfest/hefeweizen style beers would be a most welcome addition - prost
