Cute designs, questionable quality

The designs were really cute, but for the price, the quality was not quite there. The baby outfit is beginning to unravel at the seams after just one wear. I found the sizing ran quite long. So we were all tripping over the pant legs - this was true for all body types (men's XL, women's M and kids sizing). Havent washed them yet, but curious to see how well the design holds up. Overall, really cute clothes which made cute am awesome matching Christmas outfit, but for the price, I would expected that they be better quality and more durable.

We absolutely love these pajamas! The shirt is great quality and feels well-made, while the bottoms are incredibly soft and comfortable. They fit perfectly and are so cozy to wear. Delivery was quick, which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend and will be ordering again!

Order not received…

I’m very upset that I’ve not received my last two orders. I received a delivery notice on 12/17/2025 that a package was delivered to a front door, but it was not mine. I’ve not been able to receive any customer service to rectify this or receive a refund.These were meant for Christmas.
Please help and provide me with more information about where my orders are.

It is now January 3, 2026. I submitted the follow-up information requested, including my email and order numbers for my missing items, but I have not heard back with any further update or resolution. At this point, if my orders cannot be resent I would like to request a full refund.

Order placed in November for over $200…

Order placed in November for over $200 for a family holiday fun shirt experience and never received them still on Dec 21…. Huge disappointment and no refund in sight.

Amazing Customer Service Experience

I order 13 shirts for a Christmas Eve party and got really worried the shirts wouldn’t get here on time because I ordered them pretty late. I reached out and Beepumpkin support was so responsive, reassuring me and giving me updates each time I reached out. I received them in plenty of time and they all look great! I am so appreciative of their professionalism and customer service!

The pajama tops fit small. I bought the size we all wore and they were way too small

The pajamas were very soft and I loved the way they look BUT the tips run about a size smaller so none of the tips fit right

I’m leaving a 5 star review because Anne was a gem to work with. I was skeptical what the quality of my product would be, but it was really nice. The shipping from China had me worried it might be a scam as it was hard to track until it got to Canada. I almost cancelled my order, I’m not going to lie, but I held in there and received my Tshirts. The sizing was true to size and it was my mistake that I ordered 1 size bigger for everyone, oh well I’ll wash them in hot water and throw them in the dryer and hope for some shrinkage. It would have been too late to reorder the proper sizes to get here in time for Christmas and the shipping costs back to China would have been $80+.
Overall , great quality, great service, true sizing, order early ( it only took 2 week for shipping to Canada) and you are golden. Now that I know this company is legit, I will be ordering again. Thank you.

Not what I expected!

The ordering and delivery process went well but I am VERY disappointed in the actual product. The kids PJ’s for Christmas Eve are supposedly 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They feel more
Like workouts clothes than comfy PJ’s for my grandchildren to sleep in. Not enough time to order anything else so we are stuck with the 4 of them wearing the Cousin Crew Jammie’s for one night and then giving them away to a charitable organization.

Pants are great! Shirts not so much.

We love the pants and the thinness of them. Also that they have pockets. The shirt screen print has lines all through it, and looks like it needed to be refilled before they were screened. Thankfully, they all look the same, so we’ll make it work for the photo, but I was disappointed in the shirts.

Paid and received nothing

I placed an order with BeePumpkin and was given a tracking number. My package still hadn’t arrived arrived on time and when I looked on their site, it said my package had been returned due to an incomplete address and to check with my local carrier. The post office said they have no way to look up a package from China because they have their own tracking system. I contacted beepumpkin and they said if the package was being returned there was no way to redeliver it and that it would be disposed of when it arrived back at the warehouse. They would be unable to recover it or offer a refund. Short story, I’m out $150 and have no way to verify merchandise was even sent.
