I had recent experience with buying a home and used Beeline. It was a very difficult process as we faced some unexpected road bumps along the way. However Terri McFarland and Ray Conover were amazing!! Beyond all odds they were willing to go the extra mile to do what it took to make my loan process go through. They were prompt in responding and answering any questions I had. They were supportive and encouraging. I can’t imagine doing this process without them as they supported me on the days I doubted that I will be able to close on the house. There were some issues as beeline is a newer company and probably have not ‘seen it all’ but definitely people who were willing to not give up on a customer when a rough patch hits! They understood my feelings and emotions and that mattered most- as a single mom, I struggled in this process as money matters are not my strength. But I was so happy they were willing to work through the hard days!
