Why are my emails being deliberately ignored?

What is BeeHomie’s Complaint Procedure? I can’t believe it’s the middle November already & Im still waiting for the replacement battery I was offered? It’s been over a month since I last reached out to your support. It’s been miserable weather recently here in Southampton (UK) which is fortunate for you as I haven’t been able to do anything in my allotment.

I’m just chasing up my battery replacement shipping, which I was promised due to the poor battery-life. Do you have any news or details on where or when I should receive this battery. It’s very frustrating having a strimmer that doesn’t last longer than 10-15mins (approx a third of my allotment).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING....Bought their cargo pro mens trousers and they are not water repellent neither are they fleece lined. A complete waste of money and completely mis sold and advertised. I shall be seeking a full refund

If I could give this company no stars I would. They sent me an item with missing parts, won’t refund me, won’t give a prepaid label.

Ordered 2 pairs of T70 PRO | The Indestructible Winter Cargo Trousers from them based on their offer which sounded good HOWEVER, what turned up was absolute rubbish, cheap nylon not lined and definately not suitable for what they claim. Customer service telephone does not exist and no response to customer service via email.
THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS BEWARE!

I purchased two pairs of 'waterproof' cargo trousers. Wore them out for walking the dogs, it rained I was literally soaked through to my socks and underpants. Notified the seller 2 days after wearing I wanted to return and money back. You have to send back to China, not this company that sells the products. At your cost. Conclusion to all of this, totally useless garments, out of pocket for £49. They haven't responded to my email with Rights of Online Buying, they should be closed down, into the 3rd month. DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service. Bought a pressure washer before Christmas that broke before first use. I emailed them the times, and they didn't even bother getting back to me. Avoid at all costs!

Bought the L45 PRO The Precision Lifting Arm × 1 (2 pack). Supposedly delivered, confirmed by a pic of the items left between someone's bins. Emailed and they repeatedly told me to chase the delivery firm yet Consumer Rights Act 2015 states my contract is with them, not the delivery company. Got nowhere so decided to go on a social media and review spree to warn others they should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was swayed by the 60 bar pressure claim for the M70 pro bucket jet washer. I waited 3 weeks for delivery as it turns out Beehomie (which sounds so British) is Chinese. What a waste of money. No case to keep it in, no spare battery, nothing to hold the filter down in the bucket, and two useless sprays. Don't bother with this plastic spray. It doesn't work as it claims.

This company has diversified into protective clothing for motorcyclists, using social media video ads promoting denim jeans with no evidence the company has had them tested to or that they have passed the standard set to ensure motorcycle clothing is fit for purpose.

The testing and certification process has been a legal requirement since April 2018.

Avoid!

Beehomie can improve by closing down. They supply utter rubbish that has no relationship to their adverts and is a scam. My M70 Pro came in old broken brown cardboard box with bits thrown in. Cheap battery that I wouldn’t risk charging. It eventually came from China not UK. Avoid them at all costs.

Order fleece lined trousers which had no fleece lining no response from help line do not order from this company

I thought I was ordering from a UK company, but goods ended up coming from China.
On arrival the light didn't work. I emailed the customer service address and filled in the contact section of the website. No one got back to me.
The telephone number on their website for customer services doesn't exist.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Bought a pressure washer, what a load of rubbish. Resorted to using a sponge as no power what so ever. Did not reply to my email and phone call, doesn't go through. DO NOT BUY from them, they are scammers 100%

Trousers are NOT fleece lined as advertised - also not waterproof. For the same crap quality I could have paid a quarter of the price. Can’t be arsed to go through a return system that tries to get you to pay. Learned my lesson on buying from advertisements on-line.

The trousers I ordered are nothing like what they promise. Not waterproof or warm. Not fleece lined.
Wish I'd looked at trust pilot before buying.
Last thing I buy from an Instagram advert.

What ever you do think twice before ordering anything from this company. It’s based in Honk Kong so delivery took over 3 weeks. I ordered a battery powered jet wash, it arrived in a torn brown cardboard box. It was made from cheap plastic and did not look like the advert I saw on Instagram. I tried it with both nozzles and with and without the hose being attached. The finer jet didn’t even make a line in the muck on my car door and the wider jet nozzle produced not much more than a mist. My hose on a jet setting did a better job. It certainly did not seem to operate at 60 bar like the advert claimed. I contacted the company to return the product and they asked me to accept a 15% refund and suggested I should keep the product rather than incur the £20 shipping cost. I refused this and after 2 more emails I got a number of pages of rules including that the packing must be in perfect original condition and the item must not have been used! How can you decide that it isn’t effective unless you’ve tested it??
Shipping also has to be tracked and they do not pay for returns. In the end I took the 15% refund and cut my losses and have given the item to a charity shop.
Do not - I repeat - do not waste your money and time buying from this company.

I would give it less than 1 star. I want a refund but the number to call is not recognised. This is a scam even if the product is sent, the M70 projet washer looks nothing like the advertised product. I paid with PayPal so will raise this with them to see if I can get a refund. Normally, I’m really careful where and who I buy from. Please don’t use this seller.

Chineses scammers. This is yet another scam. You buy what looks like quality goods and are sent trash. The return procedure is to make you return to china and the goods are to be perfect condition and untouched which means even opening them is impossible to return. I hope trust pilot /trading standards /face book now starts an investigation as there are a lot of these into uk now and you won’t get your money back. DO NOT BUY WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
