Ordered the M70 Cordless Pro Jet Washer having seen videos demonstrating it. It took 10 days to arrive. Online videos had shown the device being supplied in a hard plastic shell case. On arrival it was not in any type of case. It had been forced into a flimsy cardboard box, so much so that part of the washer stuck out thorough the cardboard. Everything seemed cheap and not what I was expecting. A major issue was that the charger was broken - the 'earth' pin had clearly sheared off in transit due to the shoddy packaging. The tel contact no supplied is unobtainable. I have requested a replacement device through the website. If I get one, I will update this review, although looking at the experiences of others I doubt I will hear from the company again. Feels like a scam - I am happy to be proved wrong.

Ordered a jet wash , paid £45 . It never arrived .
Sent ten emails , no reply , filled out the contact form five times and no reply .

Called the number and not in use !

I ordered the M70 Pro jet washer it arrived today in a battered box, took it outside to try it OMG It was not what I expected a cheap looking tacky jet washer only thing it will be good for is to wash the soap of the car. It wouldn't even remove the dirty from our mountain bikes or even bird droppings of the patio table. Definitely is not worth the £49 I paid my advise stay clear as its very mis represented on the page

This company is a scam ordered M70 PRO cordless jet washer and received a plastic version small and of no use. Their advert is very appealing please don’t be fooled, the number supplied does not exist

Zero customer service. I ordered two by mistake, tried to cancel. No reply. Both turned up so can’t fault that but also have no way to return one of them. No acknowledgment from customer service at all, in spite of several emails

Concerning the jet washer...Cheap rubbish import from a major asian manufacturer. Thin plastic body, Battery that will not charge. Incomprehensible assembly instructions, very weak jet wash power, arrived in torn packaging, took 2 weeks to turn up, now continually bombarded with beehomie's special offers. Your company is dishonest. You produce stunning marketing but the product is bad...very bad!!!!

Delivery was lenghty, but we expected as much.
Packaging in very poor condition on arrival.
Product seemed substandard so we decided to send back.
All instructions came in as expected to send item back, but since item was sent back there are no replies, nor acknowledgements to our refund requests, despite following return procedures to the letter.
Poor delivery, and sometimes even product quality can be less than expected, but no replies and no refunds as promised: that does appears very dishonest.

Ordered branch Chainsaw. What I received didn't match the tool illustrated and was in inadequate packaging. Have e-mailed numerous times with no response and have tried phone numbers provided but they come up as "incorrect"
Please if you're sensible enough to read these reviews (unlike me) Avoid at all costs!!

I bought the M70 Pro jet washer in February as a gift from their site. It took 10 days to arrive so too late for the birthday gift and arrived in a battered cardboard box, no extras or info, nothing like site details and looked like cheap plastic.
I emailed their help line requesting details on how to return item three times with no response so eventually contacted my bank for a refund via chargeback which was speedily dealt with.
So if you’re being ignored by this company I would recommend following the same route.

Ordered a jet washer on 24th January 2026 and It didn't arrive. Won't answer any communication. Stay clear folks.

I ordered a G70 chainsaw but it was only half the size of the one on the website and of much inferior quality. I emailed the company - of course no reply. On the website they even warn you that there are scammers selling cheap versions of their products when they are the scammers. Beware as their website is so genuine looking. As for the smart packaging mine came in a battered box which looked as if it had been kicked here from China.

E mailed them to report a broken plug when it was delivered sent pictures but have never received an answer now the strimmer does not work at all. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Online scam - before you realise they have signed you into an expensive subscription and trying to cancel it is a nightmare - BEWARE

I mistakenly placed an order on their website, and immediately after, I messaged by email and on their contact form online that I wanted to cancel the order. Contrary to their refund policy (within 2 hours) they did not reply except to state the next day that the item was being shipped. I sent further messages, but no responses from them. Clearly, customer care is not their strong point! The item is supposedly on its way from China. Never again!

Unable to contact to get item returned. Was the pro jet washer which arrived with some of the small parts in pieces. Asked via : email, whatsap, insta message and text and phone call… no reply. The phone number fails and text are undelivered. Very poor quality and no customer service.

Bought solar fence lights notice they sent wrong lights email them 3 times no reply

Finally something that doesn't break at the first obstacle! very robust.

Very disappointing. Paid £49.90 for a cordless jet washer in January, it was not delivered. Completed a statutory declaration of non receipt which they said they had received. I have yet to receive a refund. My bank is looking into it, it feels like I was scammed.
