I value beedspeed very much. They have always delivered quick and with no fuss and always have high quality products.

Recently ordered a rear light lens for a j range lambretta.These guys had it in stock and at a competitive price. Arrived within days. That's all a customer wants, stock,price,quick delivery. I've ordered off beedspeed amongst other well known scooter suppliers many times before and beedspeed have never let me down yet. Others have. I'm sure I will use beedspeed again in the future. 5 stars from me.

After a few messages back and forward with Dan I got the exhaust at a price I was happy with.
Delivery time was quick and can’t fault them.

Firstly, I will happily say this is an honest review of my experience. I have been searching for a Sticky's Manual for ages, however really didn't want to pay a premium on postage, just ordering a book. However I managed to find through eBay Beedspeed's copy which I can say was really competitively priced and no additional postage cost. Which I have now found with a lot of their items, on their eBay store. I would also say that parts are marginally cheaper than that of rivals, which is a pleasant surprise. Yes I know in the past Beedspeed hasn't had the best reputation, that said I really do think Dan and the team have turned a corner and are delivering on their name. My manual order was placed on Friday evening, tracking was updated immediately and Dan dropped me a message to let me know it had been sent. Monday morning it appeared in the post, well packed and insulated. From me I'll be using them going forward, cheers guys, really good job!

This I probably the worst company I have ever purchased from. Delivery times are poor, even if you do receive your order. Far too many parts out of stock. Their customer service is non existent, call and emails are ignored and when you do manage to speak to them, the sales Manager is rude and obnoxious.

I will never use them again, and good luck to anyone who does.

Ordered 2 seats spare wheel cover took forever for seats to come numerous phone calls chasing still no cover though ring never sort don't care wouldn't buy anything ever again totally unprofessional company git my money never sort out for you useless really bad experience still chasing order over 6 months old

Worst experience and company I have dealt with. Spoke with the so called sales manager Dan who is the slimiest person I have ever spoken to. The moment he had taken my money his attitude changed and couldn't wait to get me off the phone.
No care at all and this reflects in the order. After waiting weeks for it to arrive and no response to endless phone calls and emails, it was wrong. Dan then blamed me for this and told me my scooter must be different or retro fitted.
After reading into this company and the owner/sales manager I can see this is regular practice for him. Takes your money, sends you something and then runs off with your money.
Avoid at all costs, as it will cost you. Scam!

Ordered £180 worth of parts by phone with 'sales manager' emailed vespa part numbers for clarity.
Received a jiffy bag full of random parts vaguely approximating order. Eg small frame hub instead of SS180 as ordered. New owners are clearly monetizing the stock they obtained when taking over a previously well respected dealer. Months of emails were ignored Avoid.

Shockingly bad communication..ordered something start of June 2023.i had to keep emailing asking where it was to be told several times they were waiting for the parts to arrive. Last contact was in July. End of September into October I email x3 requesting a refund..2 weeks after that email.i suddenly get notification they have refunded my 55 quid..no email from them nothing...spend quite a few quid over summer with them on eBay items .not anymore..game over going elsewhere from now on.
