I’ve never bought a bed online before and spent weeks going around shops and couldn’t find what I was looking for, then bed pages kept appearing on my Facebook, and I came across Bedsnk.
I WhatsApped Haider and he has been absolutely amazing, he made the bed with all the added extras I was looking for, like extended headboard, higher footboard, lining in the storage area etc. I also asked about the best mattress and accepted Haiders recommendation and I couldn’t be happier.

The bed was delivered weeks ago, however I wasn’t ready to build as my room was still having a lot of work done, so finally today I got the bed built and it’s absolutely stunning, and exactly what I was after.

While building the bed we came across a few issues (because my husband is a typical man and thinks he
knows best and didn’t need instructions 🙄) so I WhatsApped Haider and he phoned me and told me exactly where we were going wrong.
Nothing was too much trouble

The quality is fantastic and actually better than some I saw in the shops at double the price.

This is the best service iv ever had buying something on line. Communication second to none wouldnt hesitate to recommend and use again. Best price for a stunning bed. The delivery man was also lovely and very helpful. 5 stars from start to finish

Ordered this beautiful bed with a custom size headboard, it came very quickly and the quality is fab. The poor delivery driver was held up but still came late into the evening in order not to disappoint me. It was very easy to install too. The communication was also great. Thank you

I've been to many bed shops to look for a good quality and best value of money for a bed set, even online I had few inquiries and it's good I found bedsnk, read the reviews and placed my order on same day. Honestly, I am sceptical at first as many times i've been scammed ordering online. But, I'm wrong. The bed set is great! My order was delivered yesterday assembled by my son-in-law and we are all pleased! No regret at all. Thank you for my order. Staff's communication is very good, delivery fast, good value of money with good quality product. Got a good night sleep!

BedsNk are truly the best, we’ve ordered three beds from them and every experience has been amazing. The customer service team communicate so well and genuinely care about making things easier for you. Even after placing our order, they contacted us with a helpful suggestion regarding our headboard. It was originally ordered as one whole piece, but they recommended splitting it into two pieces so it would fit through the property entrance more easily. Many companies would simply leave it and let the customer deal with the inconvenience later, but BedsNk went the extra mile to prevent any issues.

The delivery team were also lovely and very helpful, so you really do get support from every step of the process. Even after delivery, they checked in to ask about the service, which was such a thoughtful touch.

They’re also very reasonably priced, and we’re absolutely in love with the quality of the beds. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely continue to do so.

As i had previously had a bad experience in the past with another bed company i carried out some research on alot of bed companies before making my purchase.

Im glad to say that my experience was also 5 star. Excellent customer service from before actually purchasing the bed to even ensuring all was ok after delivery.
Assembly was easy, however i did just need a little bit of help, which they were happy to assist on Whatsapp.
The bed was well packaged & looks even nicer in my bedroom than on line.
So glad i chose Bedsnk. You have restored my faith in bed companies again

Great customer service, fast delivery and a lovely product.
I ordered swatches to check the colour would go with my decor. Once I had ordered, I received a phone call to check on the colour and to check that the headboard would fit up my stairs. They then kept in contact via WhatsApp to inform us of delivery. The delivery was less than a week after I ordered.
The bed was easy to put together with clear instructions.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
