An excellent company, prompt.responses, very helpful to ensure you get the right slats and fittings, assuming that your measurements are accurate, but they'll also help with that, too.
My spring slats, replacing solid wood original slats, arrived the day after ordering, were easily fitted, and we're delighted with them, good night's sleep restored.

Based on my experience I am very surprised with some feedback. For me they could not have been more helpful, the quality of the product was fantastic. I collected the frames, their communication was excellent, they made the frames far quicker than their standard and they were all a nice bunch.

I would have no hesitation in using their wonderful services again.

I ordered a set of custom bed slats from this company on the 29th of August. They arrived damaged and the company had no interest in having them returned and either swapped or refunded. Very poor customer service and no interest in their responsibilities as an online retailer.

I would advise looking elsewhere for bedslats or bed frames.

Have ordered two sets of pine slats from bedslats.co.uk. Both orders were followed up with a phone calls informing me when delivery was scheduled. A weblink to the courier (TNT on both occasions) with a tracking ID was subsequently emailed.
Both consignments arrived as per order spec and on schedule.
Will not hesitate to use again when I build another bed.

The most expensive bedslats base sold on the website as the top of the range turned out to be uncomfortable and inadequate, a lot more than would do the more standard traditional slats base. Customer service told me to resolve the issue myself rather than proposing an exchange with a cheaper slag base. They didn't amend their advice on their website either. Not the greatest company, avoid if you can.

No problems whatsoever. I struggle with taking measurements and bed slats.co.UK put me at ease and took time and patience to ensure I purchased the correct products. I forgot to order a few items and I was able to add on items with no extra delivery costs. I would highly reccomend this company. They were always at the other end of the phone and answered straight away.
