Avoid this company by all means

The worst company I have ever ordered something from. I placed an order for a wardrobe in December 2024 and never got it. Contacted them through emails, messages and phone calls but they totally ignored me. I had to place a dispute with my bank to get my money back

Avoid This Company at All Costs!

Avoid This Company at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a wardrobe from this company, and it arrived with multiple faults.

I tried contacting customer service, but apparently, they don’t believe in answering phones, emails, or messages. It’s as if they vanished into thin air the moment they took my money. Weeks later, I’m stuck with a defective wardrobe and no response.

Save yourself the headache and buy from literally anywhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from this company!!
Do not order anything from them, I believe they are scammers.
I ordered a wardrobe since December which was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Since then I have heard nothing and unable to reach them. They don’t answer emails, the phone number on their website does not work.
I even went as far as trying to track them down to the address they provided on their website it turns out that is not their address!!!
I have logged a claim with PayPal to get my money back!
Strong advise - DO NOT order anything from this website!

I ordered a wardrobe. No update on delivery. The number provided doesn’t go through. No response to emails. This is a scam! No way of getting a refund or cancel the order!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Booked 2 sofas on 26.12.24. Was told they would arrive anytime from 2 weeks later. No specific dates or time slots were ever given, even though we asked repeatedly. Two weeks came and passed and we had heard nothing. Repeated communications from us went unanswered. Fortunately, we paid via PayPal and so we cancelled the order. PayPal gave this seller 10 days to respond. Don’t know if they did but we got our money back. So glad we did not pay them directly. But if we had, we would have reclaimed through the bank. Please avoid this company. From the responses here, it is irreputable. Maybe even a bunch of scammers.

Please please do not order anything…

Please please do not order anything from this company. You place an order they take your money no delivery. I ordered a sofa at the beginning of December should have been delivered before the 25th. Chased up a few times I got one message of reschedule then nothing! I got my money back from PayPal I wish I had read here first. I’m guessing the positive reviews are fake. Please don’t order from this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this company does not even deserve 1 star. It is impossible to make contact with anyone. Payment was taken for a sofa and one month later still no sofa, there is no update or communication and will not refund money.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to…

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Never had such a bad experience with any company before. Only way of communicating is over what's app and that is here and there when they can be bothered to answer the message. When answer whats app they give all the promises for the delivery will be by then, then that passes then it's the next week etc etc. Unable to actually speak to anyone and emails are never answered. Requested full refund and then it goes completely quiet. Bank is now getting the payment back to me. Unknown how a company can actually be allowed to trade like this. Despicable company, avoid AVOID AVOID!!!!

Shocking company

If I could put zero I would. Lies after lies after lies. Please don’t order from this Con company they’re shocking. Ordered a sofa on the 28th November to be told it will be delivered between 2nd - 5th December, no delivery so I reached out via their what’s app. They’ve told me numerous dates and the last date was the sofa would be delivered today 14th December, still nothing regarding delivery so I’ve reached out again to be told the sofa will be delivered MONDAY 16TH DECEMBER!!
I wouldn’t mind so much, but I got rid of my old sofa because of the fake delivery date, I have two children and we have no sofa to sit on.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, they are NOT complying with the consumer rights act 2015 and if I do NOT receive my sofa week commencing 16th DECEMBER 2024 I WILL be taking LEGAL ACTION!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Order number 2616. My partner bought a corner sofa bed which she saved up for. One of the supporting timbers broke after just a few days leaving the whole sofa lopsided. We made contact immediately and was told to communicate via WhatsApp where we sent pictures. We was told that it would be replaced within a week, this was delayed to 2 weeks as they said it’s coming from Poland, shortly after this we found that we had been blocked on WhatsApp and emails ignored. We had it less than 14 days so can return for any reason, this and all other consumer rights mean absolutely nothing to this disgraceful company

Worst customer service

I bought a nice wadrobe. 13/08.The procuct was faulty, one of the tracks had been damaged.The other parts had shoe prints on it. I also discovered that one of the back panels was missing. I emailed as I could not find a customer service number. My emails went unanswered until I asked for a refund and then I got a response. After a lot of back and forth they said I will recieve the part that was missing (15/11). Since then its been silence their end and I still have not recieved the missing part. While the closet is nice their customer service is lacking and I have a missing back panel.I would not recommend.

Hi if possible I don't give them any star because this company It's worst ever .I waiting for my sofa over one month still say next week and next week and communication with them is very bad if u want call them no chance they never pick phone so pls DONT BUY anything from them because u just lost money I asked for refunds money still don't come in so be very careful

Gave a 2 star because we bought a…

Gave a 2 star because we bought a wardrobe and even thought was fast delivery because we said we would pay cash on delivery!!

What I didn’t like is the way they think they can scam people!

We got a phone call to say it’s being delivered today “we’re on our way to the west house to collect your wardrobe and we will be about 1.5 hours, would like us to build it for £70?”

We all know building any type of furniture is a headache so we agreed to pay the £70!

The 2 guys turned and put the wardrobe together but before they left we notice a few things and ask them to sort it.

He said yeah no problem I’ll just get the tools! He got in his van drove off! Leaving us with not so well put together wardrobe! And the cardboard left under the wardrobe! It’s a sliding door that is heavy and long!

My husband contacted the company! Now this is where it gets interesting!

They said that’s nothing to do them that’s the delivery men! Bare I mind we paid the full amount plus fitting fee to the delivery men!

So basically what they do is….dont offer fitting over the phone they get the delivery men to offer the fitting, mess it up and basically say it’s out of their hands!

Been waiting weeks and weeks for our…

Been waiting weeks and weeks for our bedroom furniture- chest of drawers were delivered but damaged so needs to be replaced and bedside tables not received at all. Numerous e mails and use of chat has made no progress and now they have cut all communication. Spent over £500 with no goods delivered! Considering what further action I can take now . Reply from Bedsclick usual patter but still no news of when or if I will receive the furniture I have already paid for!

After placing an order for the first…

After placing an order for the first time on 1st October for the Milan mirrored wardrobe couldn’t wait to receive for my daughter, we had already got rid of her old one so was desperate. After a few days I’d received nothing more than the confirmation email of the order. I asked about delivery, responses to email did come each time but slow. I was given dates and all of them fell out of timescale I would email again. They advised of the delivery company issue and had a new one, gave benefit of doubt and waited and given two further dates again these were failed. I asked who the courier was so I get a tracking number, no response to that. I was then advised it was dispatched and would be with me after the weekend at latest, guess what never arrived they then blamed a member of staff for getting it wrong.. really!! Then wanted to give me another date, by now nearly a month in with broken promises. I requested a refund, which today I’ve received. Real shame as a very patient person, this was the worst experience I’d ever received. Sadly this company will fold before long operating like this. I see why people think it’s a scam! I just think it’s not run right and possibly can’t meet the demand. I’ve left a bad review as to me it was a very bad service and failed delivery of goods. You need a contact number and just full better IT systems that here are info you would expect. Take some tips from furniture 123, there comms delivery service is untouchable. Ordered draws and dressing table, was there three days later, fully explained exactly what would happen. I may add I remained patient, polite and professional all way through.

Non delivery service

Terrible customer service. No updates on delivery date. Get a call late in the evening 8.30pm to say it's coming next day with no timeframe. Online chat next day then informed me delivery time was 1pm-10pm and should expect a call hour before and received no call and no delivery.

Would give less than one if I could

Would give less than one if I could. I ordered a sofa and have been given three delivery dates on the past 4 weeks and still no sofa. They do not have a customer service number etc to cancel and get my money back. This sofa is for my mum who recently moved into a new bungalow and now she has nothing to sit on so she is stuck in her bedroom
