I called customer service today about a minor glitch and they couldn't have been more helpful. The man I spoke to was an absolute credit to this company, and went above and beyond to assist.
They are my "go to" for slippers and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service
I’m so impressed with the customer service of this company. I love their products and have bought them for a few years. Recently a pair of slippers came apart after only a few months - rather than glue them together or be silently disappointed I got in touch with the company. I instantly got a personal reply and received a replacement pair - a totally unexpected but very welcome outcome. My loyalty is guaranteed!
