If I could give zero stars I would
Bedrock never sent me any closure confirmations and they neglected to handle 1 account. As a result I was penalized by the IRS. Their error is keeping now from refinancing my home. I called and was transferred to their escalation team. They promised to have my file reviewed and call back in a couple days. It has been 3 weeks and I cannot get anyone to call me back. This was the exact same experience I had even during my program. Complete lack of responsiveness to customers and sub-quality work.

Bedrock Legal is a Ripoff
I paid close to $20,000 and less than half of that went towards my creditors! Complete ripoff and now I have to deal with 2 accounts that are in collections and leaving a very negative mark on my credit. Never again. I could have paid them all off for less money.
THEY DO NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE DEAL
I had some debt issues due to my daughter having cancer and having to travel around the country for 2 years for treatments. It was the hardest time of our life and we needed help settling our debts. I enrolled in their program on 4/13/2017.
This is not a company that will help you, they are completely out for themselves. They are a predatory company that takes advantage of people at their lowest.
Bedrock legal committed that they would settle $44765 in debts for $31746.70. I never missed or deferred any payments. I did everything I was supposed to do during our 4 year contract. I made my last payment and graduated my program on 3/13/2021.
8 months after holding up my end of the agreement with Bedrock Legal I was contacted by them. They stated that they had negotiated another settlement on my behalf. This was a complete shock to me as I was under the impression that I had completed the program. After some research I still have over $15,000 in debts and the situation is worse that it was when I originally enrolled in the program.
I have continuously emailed and called for clarification but nobody can explain this to me. Everyone you talk to is not a decision maker, they are just gate keepers. I spoke to one manager (Rashawn or Deshawn) multiple times and left messages for others numerous occasions. Managers with this company do not follow through and call back. Bedrock Legal is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company.
I am contacting the better business bureau. I will also reach out to lawyers to see if they are interested in going after this company.
Bedrock legal owes me an explanation as to why they didn't hold up their end of the agreement and a refund for the fees I paid them since they didn't do anything.

Never
Never. Ever. In my life I thought I would put my family to be homeless. Garnishments. No return emails. It’s all fun and games until you pay almost double and then find out over 4 different cards are waiting on garnishments.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER
I used Bedrock to get out of debt. They didn't pay one of my creditors because they usually would be easy to deal with. So I ended up getting that put into collections, then when I called Bedrock they sent me to a legation, (who they don't use anymore) which stated they were to pay 4 months of $50 then $347 until the end of August. I graduated from the program in August, when I called they told me all my debts were paid... Then I received another court paperwork saying I was in default because the bill was never paid....I have called for the last 3 months and they keep telling me I was supposed to pay the $347 per month after they paid the 4 payments of $50. I still have the email about the agreement from the litigation and they don't see that they screwed me over. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL DROP THE BALL BETWEEN THE CRACKS OF TWO PIECES OF PAPER AND SCREW YOU OVER.

This is the worst company
This is the worst company. Never answers my petitions and they promised to pay all my debt and even finish the program and still owed accounts. Now that I finish the program I am calling them to please send me all the documentation with settled and active accounts and they are not helping me getting the information. They dont want to help me anymore and is so frustrating.

Bed Rock legal does not follow through
I asked Bedrock legal to help me with four debt. They negotiated and close three very quickly, how ever on the forth and biggest they dropped the ball. They gave me a deal to close my last deal, I agreed and replied . They dropped the ball and did not close the deal. They admitted it was their mistake and would attempt to get it back. I waited three months called and was told they don't know what happened. To make it short they set on the deal for more than a year and did nothing despite numerous calls from me. Then finally offered another deal worse than the first offer. They refused to offer any compensation for their lack of professionalism, feet dragging and mismanagement. Even had the audacity to say they did nothing wrong. For this reason I recommend not using their services.
If you do call them no stop record every interaction, and name. If it goes longer than three months cancel the deal get your saved balance back and go to someone else.

Not sure working them is really a good…
Not sure working them is really a good idea. Probably better to work a payment plan with the credit card company. They let everything go into bankruptcy and then try to work a deal. I paid all my allotments and even made a bulk payment to settle me debts for the program. I was told on a number of occasions that I had more than enough money to settle the debts and finish the program. Finally have my last settlement offer and learn that I still have almost $2000 to pay! I would not do this again and will be glad when I am finally done with this entire process.

A scam, pure and simple
I finished the program on Jun 3rd of this year with my last monthly installment payment. Didn't miss one payment. And my reward I found out today is I still owe About $5000 on the largest account. (Put aside the fact that it took more than 4 years for them to get around to this account.) I then went into my account portal today and found that another account hasn't been settled so I'm guessing they're going to be requesting more funds from me for that one. I'm now reading the entire contract to see how they justify this. One thing that stands out is a clause that states that the client agrees not to join in a class action lawsuit. That says a lot about them. I'm not sure that's even legal. I guess I have to get a lawyer now. Do not get involved with them!!

I seem to go down a rabbit hole each time I reach out to Bedrock Legal. Their Client Services are polite but never accountable for what they say they are going to do. Best to request a supervisor but their ability on following up is poor. I have been trying to end my debt with a lump sum settlement and have been given confusing information saying I need an "Estimate To Complete Program" but that is not what I requested. I am still waiting for supervisors to get back with me. They talk of reaching out to the payments manager to resolve but that has not led to any resolution. Then I'm told they have to reach out to negotiators. I've been told negotiators are very busy with new clients and that my request is not their priority. This has been a frustrating experience with a company that holds no one accountable and doesn't seem to act with any urgency to my requests to end this program.

They will NOT pay your debts
Never, never, never deal with Bedrock. They are thieves. We paid them but they haven't paid our debts. Now we are in a bigger mess than before. Stay completely away from these liars. Update: Killian

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
I don't like to leave reviews, especially negative ones.. But I realized that it's important to do. That way, I can help people avoid the same mistakes that I did when involving with a bad company like Bedrock Legal Group.
I'm so frustrated and disappointed with myself for getting my mother into debt consolidation program with this company. It's been months since I finished paying for the debt, and they had one account with Bank of America that was on agreement to be paid alao within the deadline they gave me. The program ended, and they never got to negotiate with Bank Of America. I have some funds they's still sitting on that RAM account, and been calling 📞them forever to see if they can just negotiate this last debt for me as agreed so I can continue to make payments, but they never do.
Please, stay away from this company. They will take all your money with bunch of fees, and will not complete the job. They will not call you when they say they will.
If in case you owe some company, just call them directly and negotiate your debt. Make sure to never call this company or else you'll be disappointed and even more broke by the time you are done with the program.

DON'T DO IT!!!
PLEASE whatever you do, do NOT ever enter into an agreement with this company to settle your debts. It is a nightmare and a scam and the worst decision i ever made in my life. I am nearing what is supposed to be the end of my plan agreement. However, one of my big debts I ended up paying on my own because the creditor garnished my wages, so not only was I paying Bedrock this astronomical monthly amount but I'm having my wages garnished. Was able to get a loan from Lending Club to pay off that creditor. Would it not make sense that my plan would end earlier since they didn't even have to settle one of my largest debts?!?!? when I just called to check the status of my account, I was informed by this person that there is a chance I may need to pay extra after my plan was supposed to end or pay the creditor directly. How can that be? You didn't even have to pay one of the creditors that was figured into my total plan and on which the monthly payments are based on. This is a total scam and just a way to screw me out of more money!!! Do NOT use this company!!!

This company IGNORES you when in need
This company is a SCAM, they settle small cards but not the bigger ones, they promised to settle everything, paid $32.000 or more over 4 years, never missed a payment now my two major cards are still owe, nobody calls or answers the phone number. They even tried to keep debiting out payments after the last payment was made. I contacted Ram Servicing and informed them I had finished my 4 year payment contract and I didn't owe any more, but I still had 2 accounts that hadn't been taken care of on their end. Figured they may call me since I couldn't get thru to them, but noooo. I just received a deposit from Ram Financing with no news on the remaining obligations on their end. Stay Away. They will not let you contact them when you have issues.
