Bedrock computers absolutely amazing company and the best of the best staff, from start to finish these guys have been on point with great communication from on the phone to emails. Very very generous on upgrades from slight delays, totally recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. My son is over the moon with the gaming pc from these guys he and i totally love it. Great service.
There was a complete mix up with what I had ordered and what I had received, I was annoyed and let the company know, they took back the PC they sent to me and upgraded the one I ordered, more than I would have expected. Delivery was great. Charlie rang and wanted to know if every thing was correct now and was the build I received up to my expectations, I told him, it was, but the wifi dongle may not be powerful enough for my area, but, I said I would try it for a few days and see how it goes and he told me if it was not working to my expectations, he would upgrade it. I have nothing but great admiration for the way I was treated, advised and taken care of, well done guys, the wifi is crap, but could be my area :)

Customer service is excellent.
The team updated me every step of the way from my order being received to being packaged for delivery. It’s nice knowing exactly what stage your order is in without even asking.
I have even had follow up emails to check I am happy with my PC and that everything is running as expected.

they were a) the best spec, b) the best price and c) the best customer service.
To be honest, I wasn't that au fait with windows machines so was flying in the dark, but with a bit of help from AI about specs, I stumbled across these folks and they were a) the best spec, b) the best price and c) the best customer service. Use them now before they get too big and it all goes tits up.

Good office pc at an excellent price, slight problem on collection, wasn't ready so went away had a coffee and when I went back they had given me a small upgrade for the trouble.
