The pc works perfectly
The pc works perfectly, looks good and i even got a few upgrades for free. The customer service was good and they answered any questions i had. One problem was i ordered a wifi card with Bluetooth, however I got only a wifi dongle, upon contacting customer service I found out the card wouldn't have fit and I should have been informed of such when I was told about order changes. The issue was rectified by them sending a bluetooth dongle and refunding the difference. The delivery service was poor as the outer cardboard box it arrived in looked like it had been through a war and was torn in multiple areas, the pc was intact as it was protected by the empty boxes and packing in the box. Overall the actual product and service was good, however the delivery could only be described as unprofessional. Despite this, a 5 star review does seem to be the best option due to a large part of the negative experience was due to the delivery company and not the actual company.

Everything was brilliant
Everything was brilliant , I was pleased with the choice range available and felt confident that even though I was spending £400 I was getting a decent rig for gaming on.
When I contacted customer support regarding the delivery date they confidently informed me of the date that the shipping would arrive and this was correct so I was very pleased!
I would simply advise not to buy the cheaper keyboard add on - go for a more premium option as the RGB backlighting isn’t very bright or reliable on the cheaper model .

Amazing! My partner knew I wanted a gaming pc and for my birthday he got it me from bedrock computers. The pc it self works perfectly. In this moment of typing this review I’m downloading games ect and it’s doing as it says on the packaging. I’m so happy with it I can be more happy with it. Exceptional customer service!
Exceptional customer service after i accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Jack sorted everything with a kind and friendly service that took all my concerns away. He really went out of his way to ensure I had exactly the right set up for my son. I am both grateful and impressed with this company and can’t recommend them enough. I will be using them in the future when an upgrade is needed but Jack has made sure my son is well set up for the near future. Amazing stuff!!

The service from Bedrock Computers was incredible from start to finish. Whenever I needed to get in touch, they were always available at the end of the phone, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
We ran into a slight delay due to supplier issues, but the team handled it perfectly. Jack kept in touch personally to ensure I always knew exactly what was happening. To make up for the delay, they kindly upgraded certain parts of my build, including the case and the graphics card, because the original choices weren't available.
When the PC arrived, I noticed it didn’t have Bluetooth. I contacted them, and they immediately sorted it out by sending a Bluetooth dongle, along with a controller to turn the PC lights on and off.
I cannot fault their service one bit. The customer care is unmatched, and the PC itself is working unbelievably well—I am so happy with it! I highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team to anyone.

A worthwhile purchase
When I purchased a PC there was a few slight hiccups along the way, a few problems that were a quick fix with the help from the team at bedrock.
They were very quick with their response time and their service is incredible.
10/10 should be recommended whenever buying a desktop for the first time or looking for an upgrade.
