Ordered on Nov 29 with a promised 7–18 day delivery. As of Dec 24, the item still hasn’t arrived and no delivery date is provided. Tracking only says it’s “in Canada,” with delays blamed on weather— other carriers delivering to my address more than 10 times during the same period, with not a single delivery delayed.

Customer support ignored my refund request and replied only that it’s “coming soon.” Very poor transparency and service. Would not recommend at all

The price was reasonable and the quality was good. Happy with purchase.

Their product description stated blackout curtain and when the product shipped from china, I was immediately a bit concerned that this wouldn’t be as d described… as I opened up the package about a month after ordering, it didn’t feel thick enough to be a blackout curtain. When I shined my my phones flashlight through it, it co firmed that this curtain didn’t stop light, and when held up to the sun only reduces light. Upon request for return, this company requested that I ship this product on my own for a refund. I wouldn’t deal with this company because their Chinese origin shipping doesn’t support realistic customer support and doesn’t meet product description promises.

My 2 kids loved their fav teams in their bed and love the quality of the product . Customer service is excellent !!

I bought my 8 year old son his favorite hockey team bedding set. I gave them my address of delivery and it ended up delivered 4 hours away from where I live or have no family. I have been fighting with them to either refund or send me another of the same order. They say they are investigating this. But it's been almost a month. So now I have to figure something else out for his birthday just because of this ignorance when all they had to do is replace my lost order. Would not buy from them. For the ones who actually did get your stuff consider yourself lucky.

I got on line to find a particular football teams merchandise. I loved the choices BEDDINGPICKY.COM had to offer. Soft and cushioning. Kids love them. Non skid back. Great for bedroom, bathmat or laying on to watch tv.

I ordered curtains and inadvertently ordered the wrong ones (didn’t realize it until we received them). They worked with me to get the correct ones without any additional cost. I would definitely make another purchase.

This is the third time I've used this company. They go above and beyond for their customer service. I had a weird request for a odd size. Duva should be made customer service. Listen to my needs and was shipped to me right away. They take the time and listen to their customers and make sure that they're happy. So, I'm really picky. When it comes to my things that that I want. This company makes it even better for me. Because there are no complaints about them. Want to be made? It is shipped directly to you in a timely manner. My son loves his new blanket with all the Star Wars characters on it. It's very soft and cozy! I was a bit hesitant after reading other reviews saying the website is a scam but I had no issues with ordering, shipping or receiving my order in a timely manner.

It has been a month, and have not received an email that it was shipped or anything. I have not received a replied from the emails I been sending, like others, I wished I never ordered from them. I order my daughter a bluey bedding set for her birthday and never received it.
